I gave this location 5 stars for various reasons. I absolutely LOVE dominoes, however it seems since covid hit they became short staffed(completely understandable). Due to low staff every other location I have ordered from I had issues with. Whether no one answers the phone, delivery comes hours later cold, people are not as friendly. Once before we waited for 2 hours for our pizza. They wouldn’t answer their phone, so I drove up to the store to see only one young man there. Some things are just out of their control(HEB locations). However, since I moved to the grapevine area I have had nothing but great things to say about this location! I am stuck at home sick for the next two days and tonight I wanted a pizza. I called and placed an order for delivery and a sweet girl named Hannah answered the phone. She was so polite over the phone and got my order in. Within 30 minute she came and delivered my pizza. She was very kind at the door and even complimented my home:) I am so extremely happy I have a descent dominos near me now! Thanks to hannah at the grapevine dominos!
If I could give them 0 stars I would! I called at 10:05pm and it’s giving me the answer machine informing me that they are closed. The hours say they are open until 1am. If they are closed the hours should be updated. So unfortunate that this is the only location that delivers to my area
I get pizza here often and it is very good. Today, I am not sure what they did different, but this may be the BEST pizza I have ever got!!! Not a sales pitch, the ingredients taste fresher and there seems to be more ingredients than normal. What ever it is I hope they keep it up!
AVOID!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Julie, the store manager-allegedly, was extremely rude and refused to do anything about a pizza I received with hairs in it...not one hair...but multiple hairs. This was after it took 90 minutes to actually receive the cold pizza with hair toppings. What a joke, and no credit was given.
I am a huge fan of dominos I order it frequently for the last several years! now they are enforcing a $20 delivery fee.. so now the 2 for $5.99 ea special is not convenient cause you cant get your pizza delivered. stop giving free pizza if you force them to buy more thing to get delivered. I just want my pizza....
I don't usually give dominoes a 5 star rating but this location was kind quick and you could tell they wanted to help me. Food turned out great and was still hot when I got back to the hotel.
From the moment I called to when the pizza was delivered, I experienced terrible attitudes and disrespect from both the lady that answered the phone (Julie or Julia or something) and the delivery driver. Still tipped $5.
Very bad we ordered a half pepperoni half cheese for our kids. Got back to camp and the cheese side of the pizza had no cheese and was burnt real bad un edible. Shame on who ever put it in the box and cut it up.
You would think with all the bad ratings listed on this page, the ownership would want to really work hard in improving the quality of the product. If I started seeing improved ratings at this location, I may start coming back here sometime in the future. I want to support as many businesses as I can in the city I live in.As you can see, I heard back from the owner. Why is the product so good at the Flower Mound location? Don't they have to work with the same economic situation? It's worth the extra10 mile drive to get my Domino's there. It would be nice if I could just drive the 2 miles to the Grapevine location. Perhaps you can consult with the management team at the Flower Mound location? They may be able to help you with your issues. Again, I want to support your business. Just get your act together.
The absolute worst customer service in the world! The woman who answered the phone was rude, condescending, fast talking, unhelpful and provide the worst customer experience I have ever experienced! I truly hope that this is not the norm for this Dominoes location. Customers should feel that their food is made in a trusting environment by people without any animosity or ill will toward the normal average customer.
