What impressed me the most was the customer service. Very friendly, very thorough and prompt. All of this goodness and it was very crowed. Once we were seated our wait was not long at all. It was such good warm feeling to be there. The food was excellent. Beautiful items to buy.I personally enjoyed my time at the eatery.
Our server was one of the best ever. She was patient with us, refilled our drinks frequently, and had such a joyous attitude and smile. It brightened our day and was so refreshing compared to most restaurants nowadays.I highly recommend frequenting this establishment. You will not be disappointed.The food was fresh and tasted great.
Love it when we are on the road and can find a Cracker Barrel restaurant! Food was very good as always. Reasonable price for what we got. Always a friendly smile and good service from the servers.And, found some early Christmas gifts in the gift shop. If you have never tried Cracker Barrel do so once just to enjoy all the eclectic and fun stuff in the gift shop.
Good food & good interior& good service
No matter where you go to Cracker Barrel, you know you are going to get good comfort food and good service. A friend and I stopped here on our way to the DFW Airport and it was a nice way to end a visit. It is always busy and there was a wait list, but they allow you to call in and add your name to the waitlist, so we were seated right away. My friend had their meat loaf and I had their daily special which was pork chops the day we visited. Both were good and the sides are always very good and so was the service. Another reliable visit to Cracker Barrel.
Not too busy at evening. Fast and delicious as expected. Great value and got fresh breakfast lay in the day. Great location if you’re around DFW airport or shopping Bass Pro. I’ll be back.
I had brunch the other day with a friend and the food was delicious! We both got the Grandma's sampler meal which came with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, your choice of 3 meats, and either fried apples or hashbrown Casserole. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, our server was very nice too!
My daughter treated my grandchildren and me to Cracker Barrel. I am not a cracker barrel patron but I enjoyed myself. Ashley, our server was pleasant, attentive, and memorable. I had the Granma's Sampler . The ? were fluffy and golden brown. My sausage and ? were crisp and juicy. The ☕️ was decent.My daughter asked me to add, for you turkey lovers our there, that this location still has turkey sausage!We went over to the retail side to cruise & peruse! They carry some unique merchandise. They even had sachels of a potpourri type product. Pam, at the register, was very kind as well.
Waited 1 hour to get food….. really???? No one eve came to say it was going to be that late… the restaurant was not so busy. steak was burned and hard, you could nail that stake on the bottom of your shoe how hard and burned it was…. Roast beef was not soft either, rather chewy… catfish cooked in old oil and dry.
