Amazing staff and location. My daughter enjoyed her 4th birthday party. Funny because I actually booked her party at another location but wanted this location. The ladies jumped right into action to figure out everything and got our party section ready. You can tell that the staff workers here really enjoy their job! Also our party host Tiffany was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Tiffany went over and beyond for our party. Our kids mean the world to us and Tiffany was a part of making this one day special for our daughter. Thank you Tiffany!
Fun place for family night, kids parties. Healthy choices on the salad bar and reasonably good pizza worth eating even without kids in tow.
It’s ok ,but if your child wants to see Chuck E Cheese like advertised, don’t expect it cause they are understaffed. He will not come out during the day, he will only come out in the evening if they have enough people working.
We had our daughter's 6th birthday! She had a blast! We will definitely do again! My only complaint was the attendant we had was very talkative and sharing her personal issues that was going on. Was a bit awkward. And her chatting went into our daughter's unlimited play time...she was talking and didn't give us the band and cards til 10-15 mins into the party time.
Perfect party. Couldn’t have gone any better. Amazing service, the pizza tasted great, it’s clean, not packed (Thursday night though), better games than the other dfw locations, easy to plan and they take care of everything. Michael, I believe, was the best host. If you get assigned with him, get ready for a great time. Thanks so much!!!
My son, 2.5yrs old, had a blast. Loved that we could pay for an hour and pause it in the middle, when our pizza was done, and pick up later. Pizza was on point and we had a good time. No complaints.
Honestly dont care for chuck e cheese much but the kids love it. They always seem to have a great time. Seems like they took alot of games and things to do away also. Your gonna be there half the day so make sure you bring enough money so they can enjoy themselves.

Games for everybody. Alexa was host in daughter's birthday party and she was so kind. The staff was amazing. I love Chuck E. cheese because finally, he came with kids to dance and sing.
