I order my bowl online, so when i got off work i could just get my food on my way home. when i arrived at the store late for my pickup i was expecting my food to be waiting for me. but the staff hadn't even begun to make it. i waited for 15 minutes while they attended to the multiple online orders, and they made mine last, even though i was the only one there, no one in line, no one else picking up food, it was just me, waiting for my food. when i finally got my food, i thanked them, went home, and discovered that they had either mixed up the orders, or just didn't read what was written on the ticket, i tried calling the store to discover the store doesn't answer their phones (company policy). i drove back to the store with the misorder, and the gentleman i assumed was the shift manager inspected my order so intently like he was checking for a fake ID, then asked "so what do you want me to do?" i want my food sir, I'm hungry. I could've forgiven all of this, mistakes happen. but then the girl making my order, and it must've been her first day, was barley giving me any food in my bowl. when i asked her to please give me a full serving, she said i would have to pay extra. i asked her to cancel my order and to give me a refund, only to find out they cannot give refunds at the store (company policy) so i took my food and went home. i was too hungry and tired to deal with the situation, and if i had stayed any longer i would've exploded. long and skinny of this is go somewhere else, there are plenty of chipotle around, with better service. avoid this store.

They regularly close (take equipment apart, clean, and lock the doors) 10 - 15 minutes early. Not professional. The service is usually friendly, though.As a business, if you want to be cleaned and leaving at 9:45pm so you don't have to pay employees while it's slow, then list your closing time at 9:30pm. Otherwise customers should expect to be able to order and leave until your posted closing time. Having to pay people even when it's slow some days is a part of running a business.According to reviews, plenty of others have experienced this as well.

Terrible customer service. The 1st service prep member could not understand English. (Did not follow my instructions. The 2nd service prep member stared at myself and children with as if we were from another world (it was weird) and the final cashier clerk that took my order could have been the manager had a rude demeanor and was rude for no apparent reason. They food prep member added an extra side of chicken to my 7 year olds order. (Was this an upcharge) I only advised the cashier that I did not request extra chicken. She was mad before I opened my mouth. Well now we mad!!! This really did happen today!Food was good ? just thought I would share.

owner got a huge ego over burritos and bowls. avoid that man at all costs. i think he was flirting with me too. good food but cmon management. step up your game. then they sent away the only good manager to the coppell one. smh.

We walked in 45min before closing - staff rude, told us they wouldn’t make more food & felt pretty unwelcome.

This is THE GREATEST Chipotle EVER‼️ I have NEVER eaten here in my LIFE!! The employees tonight were kind and very helpful and made me a nice juicy burrito ? that tastes soooo good!! Please give them a RAISE IMMEDIATELY!!!

The food was good but depending on what time you arrive please check your bag. My order was missing chips but ultimately I had more than enough food for me and my husband.

They close at 10 but night staff wanted to close the lobby at 9 so they told us that we had to get our food to go. No reason, they just wanted to start closing it early so they could be out by 10 is what we were told. We decided to go elsewhere.

I've probably come to this location once a week for years. It is far superior to any other Chipotle. They don't short you on the portions. The staff is plentiful and works efficiently. Never a line. I'd guess out of 50 trips there might have been one that wasn't a 10. I wish other Chipotle locations would train here.

This emo pimpled poc girl decided to charge me double guac when I only got one and also have a very mean tone early in the morning, like I get but then I don’t Oh and also the brown rice was hard never eating at this location and they def were not slay
