We had only eaten here two times before the pandemic so it's been a while we had a great time you do need to reserve a table because it's pretty full during the crowd I'll say after noon it's pretty busy especially because by that time there's lot's of people already at the mall, the restaurant it's pretty big enough well maybe not too big since it's always full in here I think our reservations waiting time was around an hour so less but there's plenty of stores to visit while they call you to let you know that your table is ready it's a pretty big mall to walk around, we did enjoyed our food so now we continue to order curb pick up at our area food it's great prices are a little high but that's everywhere. I’m really pleasantly surprised by our fantastic experience! Given that it’s a Saturday at lunch time in a busy mall at a restaurant with (seemingly) few staff, we got seated in 10 minutes, waited on immediately, our food came pretty quickly, the portion sizes and cost (2 for $25) were excellent, and it tasted great!!! We’d definitely come back here again :)
Utensils at this location were brought to us filthy as well as the drinking cup. After 45 minute wait to be seated the wait for the staff and food was long as well! Just didn’t give a good restaurant vibe to enjoy. Definitely won’t dine here again.
If I could give a zero star, I would. So once I was sitting with my family a waiter passed by saying for Chili's policy we don't allow strollers because there's no room for people to move around. And she just went away being busy not even polite at all. So I just got up with my family and left. We decided to eat at Applebee's outside the mall. Applebee's allows strollers so we can eat with no problems.
To go at the mall. Waited awhile to get order taken. Told 10-15 mins for to go. (Before we told them our simple order) both ordered cup of soup and side salad. Took almost 20 mins. The desk behind the computer has an inch of dust piled up looks like it's never been cleaned. The food was decent although the side salad is usually larger, it was quite small to go. Tasted good and soup was hot and tasted good. Just lack some customer service friendliness.
Horrible service. Called to place a to go order and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes before hanging up. Called again and nobody answered for 3 minutes, finally hung up. Called back again and somebody answered, could hear background noise, but nobody spoke into the phone. Can't be that busy on a Monday afternoon, absolutely ridiculous.
The manager Rita was so kind and expedient in correcting our order, which was no real fault of the waitress...we just couldn't figure out what we wanted and when we did- we confused the waitress....Alexa was our waitress and she too was really sweet. The food was really good...the honey Chipotle wings wre surprisingly tasteful as I am not a Chipotle fan...the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was great for a busy day of Christmas shopping! Go team Rita!???
We ate lunch there and service was good, food was better, and the wait wasn’t too bad for this time of the year…would definitely eat there again!
Not a family friendly establishment.Host waited until after we waited 10 min for a table to let us know we couldn’t bring our stroller to the table. I just had twins and don’t have the fancy car seat strollers. I could not leave my stroller and they refused to allow us to bring it to the table. The waiters can “trip over it.” Don’t know how you’d do that to a giant twin stroller but okay. I know places look down at larger families but didn’t think it would start when my babies were not even 2 months old..We ate at the Rainforest Cafe who were very accommodating and let me pump in peace.
Needed to wait 20 mins for togo. Was supposed to be ready by 2:08 but as always needed to wait. Nobody comes to you to ask even if they see you they act like the didn’t. Horrible service
