Paid $25 for two meals and they didn't even put the sides in one of them. Tired of being ripped off by drive thrus in this city. Why should I have to open my food up at every restaurant just to make sure it's right. Then we look like the rude ones trying to get our orders right. All chicken expresses just lost my business.
Horrible customer service! Young people with a bad attitude. Someone screamed at me through the intercom system mocking the way I spoke. I asked to speak with whomever the little coward was and I was denied. I asked to speak to the manager and the server said that was my manager! Meaning the person who yelled at me and mocked my accent. What a mess of a place. I don’t go to Chicken Express very often but I will never patronize this location again. I asked for the owners name and they would not provide that either. Whoever you are, get yourself some professional people to work there or you will loose the business. Horrible experience! I’ve never seen the like anywhere before!
Food wasn't correct, it was cold. The gravy was watered down. Not to mention all the choro the next morning??
Excellent food minus the mack and cheese wasn't fresh, tasted old. Service was excellent as well.
They have the best *Spicy Chicken Tenders*, Fries are delicious, and nice portions. The gravy was good as well. The staff was nice, patient, and efficient. I'm Definitely going back & would Highly Recommend..
Ask for fresh chicken strips and I didn't mind waiting, it was cold and greasy.
Dried out chicken with some super watery gravy that doesn't stay on the chicken. How do you mess up gravy that you make every single day?

When in the mood for boneless fried chicken, this is the place to go. Their box consist of 3-4 pieces of chicken, biscuit, gravy, French fries. The biscuit and gravy itself could be a meal!
Always good to get some Chicken E nearby!
