DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! I’ve had one of the WORSE experiences at this location . If I could give it zero stars I would. There was one specific member who was very very rude and dry . I simply asked for some condiments and he gave me the wrong kind . I politely told him no I asked for a different sauce and he got upset and threw it down at the credit card machine they have outside the drive through menu . I was upset with his attitude and in disbelief as I’ve never experienced that at chick fil a before . On top of that my order was wrong. I asked for a manager and I let the manager know what was going on . He looked as if he didn’t know how to respond which from there I contacted corporate. The next day some marketing manager contacted me and proceeded to tell me that the member stated they didn’t throw the condiment and that I was basically over reacting and using fowl language. I told the member he had me Fd up which I admitted to corporate but from there I was quiet and just let him talk . He continued to be disrespectful until the manager came and had to tell him to go away . On top of that I asked for the members full name and no one seemed to know his last name including the marketing manager which is quite funny to me when she did follow up with the call. Very unprofessional . NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION !!!!
The last two times that I've been through their drive thru my order has been completely wrong. Isn't there suppose to be BBQ sauce on their bacon bbq sandwich? I quess not. The fries have been soggy and the service was rude.
We frequent chic fil a, a few locations. This one is really lacking in everything the chain is about. Service, cleanliness and correct orders need addressed here.only 3 tables doing in and couldn't find a clean one. The floors are also very dirty. In our order we had no fries. Pretty easy to spot that the bagged meals fries are missing. Heard another patron comment on the wait time for being chic fil a. It wasn't that busy but took awhile. Another man ahead of me was waiting for his food when I arrived, took 3 kids to bathroom when I came out he still waited another 5 mins. Then they over stuffed his bagged and it ripped in half and everything went to the floor. All they did was hand him a bigger sack as he picked up his stuff by his self and left. Both sandwiches we ordered were completely cold. Bread dry. I never make negative feedback but I'd want to know of this was my restaurant
This is my favorite place to eat. Great chicken nuggets. My only complaint is there are only a few chick-fil-as that let you get well done nuggets.
Make sure you stop at the drive thru speaker and say you’re picking up an online order lmaoooo a co worker picked my food up for me and apparently a childish little girl threw her headset and walked away. The person that picked up my stuff said the manager also came to repeat what the childish little girl said as well lmao how petty. It’s an online pick up. We don’t understand why it was that big of a deal lol. It was already paid for online a NAME on the order needed to be provided. Since we’re getting specific, call your corporate office to put “stop at speaker,” sweeties. ?
The food is great! But the line getting into this place is unbelievable. It looks like it has a second line, yet it doesn't. It has a restart line! Plan on staying in line for a while. Most Chick-fil-A's have lines during lunch especially but this one is just ridiculous!
I’ve never had problems at chick fil a until visiting this location. They have got my order wrong the past three times in a row. Everyone who works at this location also has a bad attitude and doesn’t make it enjoyable to come here. Definitely will not be coming back
Great food ordered breakfast bowl which you can order with chicken or sausage comes with hash browns. Very fulfilling.
Food is good but twice i didn't receive my reward fries. I think because it's a reward it shows up as a separate line item. So they fill the fries I paid for and miss my free one.
I can't say anything bad about Chick-fil-A however this location in particular really sucks. The customer service is usually great but the problem is my food this is my 3rd time at this location and very likely my last. My food never tastes hot and fresh. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich the bread was hot however the chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for a while and this was the same issue on my visit prior to this one but I ordered nuggets that time and they were warm at best. I won't be back to this location .
