This is old, but I figured I would update with the reason for my review. At the time, I was trying to navigate through the parking lot, but somehow got completely turned around as the layout of the parking lot at the time was not the best (haven't been since, so it could have changed). I ended up going around the drive through in the wrong direction, but there were no cars coming that way at the time so I didn't cause any sort of clog. Before I knew it, the manager came running across the parking lot yelling, so I stopped. He proceeded to rap his knuckles on my window ery aggressively, and when I rolled it down he screamed at me "Don't you ever do that again. Do you hear me?!" several timez. The man was absolutely unhinged, I wasn't speeding through the lot by any means and there were no other cars there as the morning rush had seemingly died down. I have never gone back to this location and never will again.

Slow customer service ...In store dining -waited five minutes with only one person in line. They focused more on drive thru vs customers dining in. Also this is the first Chick-fila-A that doesn't honor veteran's. I frequent this franchise because they recognize the sacrifices military men and women have given for this great country - this site only police officers.
I don't know why most people go to Chick-fil-A but for me its for the delicious Chick-fil-A sauce. So you can understand when I was disappointed to unpack my takeout order to find no Chick-fil-A sauce as was ordered. What is more confusing is that they put two other sauces in but just decided not to finish the order. Not a great job done by those people packing the order.
Sparkling clean! The chicken Cobb salad was very fresh. They are clearly on-boarding new staff but the location is especially busy, no slackers.
The staff wasn't extremely friendly or seemingly happy to be there but food was hot and Brianna was okay as far as staff and go she seemed about like a normal Chick-fil-A employee just quiet

So there is now a limit of sauces??.. This is just a heads up. Last week when I went it was 5. Now it's 3 sauces per entire??? I guess you don't have the option to buy more. Casey wasn't very informative on the situation. She did state to call corpate office because it was there decision. After she gave me this information I than asked for corpate number. She came back and answered me " I don't know you will have to look that up on google." I than find and contacted corporate and they informed me every store is different. I am rating this store based on the horrible customer service this lady.However, On a better note, I guess if you want more sauces just order 2 kids meals you get your 5 sauce plus one extra at the same price... People eat Chick-fil-A for there yummy sauce. They need to figure this out.
They don't answer the phone and they are just not up to par, like before. The workers are running this brand new establishment into the ground and I do not think they even care. From the drive-thru to delivery, you are almost guaranteed to have a problem; at least I am, my last four visits. I'm over it.
Order was taken by young lady on the outside with electronic device..part of the order was for ice cream...when arrived at the window to receive order, no ice cream was available per the young lady...and the cashier didn't repeat order to me and as I waited and received the kids meal that was ordered...still no explanation to the ice cream order..until I asked where's my ice cream...and there was an attitude from her..."did she not explain to you about the ice cream?" And I replied "No"...the two cookies that were handed to me as a substitute were handed over back over and refunded for lack of communication and service at this location and will not be returning.....Customer service should still be extended....Even Though it was CLOSING TIME...!!
