Don't come here at any point during major dinner hours, because they are wildly understaffed. Service was slow and janky for my whole visit. Food was good and despite his speed, my server did make sure my order was accurate. Half the bathroom smelled like urine and half smelled like the air freshener that was struggling to do its job. Overall, I'd give the visit a 3/5.
The last time we were here, the bathrooms smelled like urine and I was told to “deal with it.” This time we went, waited on a server outside for 15 minutes and when I asked if we could get a server, they said “there’s one outside” no. There’s not. Waited another 5 minutes and then asked for a manager, he came out and did not look like he even knew what the definition of manager was and stared at me blankly as I explained my issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT CRAPPY SERVICE AND GROSS BATHROOMS!!!!
Boyfriend and I went here yesterday and seated ourselves. Got our drinks ordered and our server proceeds to go the bar to get our drinks filled and constantly chatting it up with his coworkers while our drinks were ready. Then he comes back to the table to hand us our drinks and ask if we wanted appetizer, we said no cause we were ready to order and he tells us “okay, give me couple minutes” he disappear for 10+ mins without allowing us to order. So we paid for our two drinks and left to go to pluckers. There was a reason why your place was dead empty while pluckers was packed.Worst wings restaurant and please train your servers better. He was too busy chatting it up than providing us great customer service.
Not bad! I've eaten at other BWW where there was significantly slower/worse service. Food was also notably hotter. It *might* have been a result of them not being as busy, but still, was a welcome change of pace. Music was a little loud, but it's a BWW, are you *really* going to one of these places to relax and converse? No. You're going to eat slightly pricier than you'd want them wings and yell at billionaires playing football, and for that it's lovely.
This place has really gone downhill. I don’t blame the employees they seemed under staffed. The food is not great not sure what has happened to this once great establishment. The service was slow we watched two other tables that arrived 20 mins after our party of 4 get appetizers and meals while we were still waiting for appetizers. The meal and appetizers were delivered together and the amount of sauce on the wings was ridiculous they were swimming in sludge it was so thick good lord. I would not recommend unless all other places are filled to capacity and then you might be better off getting some frozen boneless wings and make them at home.
Spent $100 to feed 4 people which is terrible but we didn't eat over half of the food because it was cold and congealed and didn't taste right. Granted they were pretty busy as they has a couple of sports teams in celebrating but still not an excuse.
Bartenders are cool Jonathan and Tim. Food is good everytime I have been there. Beer never runs out. Enough tvs for anyone. Only bad things are the nats(bugs) don't know what they like at BWW but they are there. The staff try their best to stay sanitized. Overall it's a nice place to watch a game.
BWWs had been in a steady decline. The food has gotten consistently worse, and now there are no more bogo deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's now "buy one, get one half off".If I keep going, I'm sure I'll come back and lower the score as the deals and quality continue to decline.
Ordered wrap with no tomatoes.. tomatoes came on it. The wrap and the fries were shockingly cold. This isn't the first time our order has been jacked up. Just the first time I'm writing about it. It's pretty hard to get under 4 stars total on Google. You have to consistently be bad. And no amount of, "come have something free" helps when there is a deep, repetitive, core issue with quality control.
Service was good.But food taste was very bad at this place. I went to other buffalo wildwings location where I liked food. I expected the same here also.
