Came in for lunch. Only people in the restaurant portion and every single table and floor is filthy. Had to ask for a cleaning rag to wipe down the table and booth myself. In a word, disgusting. Employees just hanging out, not doing anything to clean.
Great milkshakes - lots of flavours from which to choose. They also have a few sugar free options! And the mini market has plenty of flavours of ice creams, with at least 5 sugar free choices :)Staff is friendly and very patient while you browse through all the available flavours.
Made me pull up for no reason. carried my food out to me and didn't have my condiments.. The guy behind me didn't get his food until after they brought me my food outside. Then I had to wait on my condiments. So they had to walk back in get my condiments do whatever they're doing and walk back out. None of it made sense and then when I got my burgers most of the patties were broken and just tossed in. one spot a ketchup pickle stacked on each other kind of rude and sloppy. I won't be going back to this one. I hope all braum's aren't going this direction.
As a native Oklahoman I have always been a fan of Braum's and have been to this one a lot. Unfortunately this last trip was horribly disappointing. In the drive through there was very little communication at the window we essentially pulled up, had the food and drinks thrown out the window, and done not one word said. There was also a person, that looked to be a manager, that stared at us out the window with a disgusted look. Within hours of eating out burgers, which we found out were not at all what we ordered, we were both ill throughout the night. We will not be visiting this location again.

Unlike any place I have ever been before... Went there with a friend and we both had some delicious ice cream. No complaints! Super fast wait time, good food, and clean place.

Braum's service and quality are incredible, given the pricing. Their ice cream is especially awesome. It's the real-deal and it's priced the same as fake fast-food options elsewhere. You can tell they really care about their customers getting decent food at a price that makes them able to come back frequently. Not just a treat - There are chicken salads and light breakfast menu options also. If you want to eat healthy and eat at Braum's every day, you can certainly do that. Try Braum's instead of the other places; You can't go wrong.
Braum’s has always been a place with the most amazing Hamburgers …well… to tell you the truth everything they make is amazing!!! I remember growing up me and my grandmother would go shopping in town and we never once missed the opportunity to stop and order us a Hamburger and fries at Braum’s in Denton, T.X.
The best place on earth to eat best ice cream and fresh burgers and fries
