RIDICULOUSLY UNDERSTAFFED AND THEY DONT WANT YOU THERE. !!!READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE YOU THINK OF COMING HERE!!!Saturday night, 11pm (open till 2am), there are ONLY 4 TABLES seated on the ENTIRE dining side,......(more empty tables in an area not shown in pictures because I did not photograph the patrons of the 4 tables).Hostess (and manager confirmed): "minimum AT LEAST 30 minute wait" unless I wanted to go eat my food at the crowded bar "because we only have 1 server for the dining side". Side note, I was not bringing my whole family. It was just me, 1 single person, wanting to eat my food on 1 of the 15-25+(?) empty tables. I would give ZERO STARS if I could since I could not even make it to a table to have ANY positive experience.
This is the worst Applebee's I've ever ate at! First off, we pulled into the curbside 5 mins after our food was supposed to be ready. We called, then waited 20 mins b4 finally going inside to get our order..when we got the food, the sandwich was a gooey mess because the sauce leaked out of the container and was inedible...then we tried the worst baby back ribs I think that were ever made on the planet. They tasted like fish almost and I could not even get my hungry puppy to eat them even though that's her favorite treat. She loves ribs but wanted nothing to do with these "ribs"...all in all a very deplorable meal was at least refunded after repeated trips back in the restaurant..on a lighter note, the blonde brownie was pretty good tho..guess u can't mess that up thank God!
Want to give no stars. Went on 4/3/2022 for my wedding anniversary. Only 2 waiters onstaff, waited forever for food, Food was not good. Steak not cooked right macaroni cold.. asked for macaroni without bacon,, instead of telling me they can't do it she just brought it to me with bacon in it.. Waitress was rude to my wife. Mash potatoes were cold and grainy. It literally ruined my anniversary and our love mood. I will never eat at any Applebee's again. I used to love them. What happened.
Just not good at all. Floor was dirty. Service was really weird. Bartender just sat at a table in the bar eating and drinking what looked like a daiquiri. Patrons had to approach her to pay their tab. We were one of 5 tables in the bar and never got a 2nd drink. Ok, so one bad server is expected. But watching all the other servers walk around while a party of 12 waits for a table? Place was not even 20% full on a thurs night I have noticed Applebees nationwide has declined severely over the last 5 years. Will not be going back.

I wish I could do half stars, because that's about all this place deserves. Only reason for the half star is the food. Family and I went there for a late lunch. Maybe 3 other families in the restaurant and as the manager was going to seat us, he ask the only bar tender if she would take a party of 9. Problem I have with that is she is the bar tender, she has to handle all drink orders plus maintaining our large group. We are going to be put on the back burner to drinks needing to be made because of happy hour. We made sure to order our drinks and food at the same time, but it took an hour for the food to get to us. Once the food got to us, we had no silverware to eat with. We couldn't find our server, so I had to go find someone to get things we were missing. That took a while too. As the place got busy, we would see people just walk out after getting sat because no server would show up to take their order. Won't be going back to this location.
Food is fine but don't know maybe because it was a weekend the serving was too late. The staff is friendly and the choices on the menu were also on board. Overall if you are wandering around the grapevine Mills the place is awesome to hang aroun.
Arrived 12:10pm Hardly any patrons yet took 10 minutes to be greeted and still waiting to be seated it’s now 12:25….
DO NOT COME here’s entire staff was on drugs and coming in out and out of bathroom. We came for a couple appetizers and drinks at 9:24pm because it’s walking distance and it was a JOKE. Manager with black hair couldn’t even talk to us without laughing and saying “ I don’t know what is going on” absolute worst experience ever. The cops should raid this place late at night. The bar top was DISGUSTING had not been cleaned all night. You can come here for cheap drinks and food but except the worst service and food poising.LETS not forget to mention the batbroom stalls didn’t even have a toilet paper dispenser in any stall
