Taste: 10/10Price: 9/10A sweet spot for a some sweet treat. They have some nice and creamy custards, mixed ice creams called concrete. The prices could be a bit more reasonable but other than that, it is a definitely a nice place to cool down with so delicious cold treats.
I love Andy’s but someone needs to come in and retrain these employees. My jackhammer’s are almost never blended or if they are it is barely. I almost always ask for lids because I am taking them home and never get them. They also repeatedly leave ingredients out of jackhammers if you ask for more than one topping in it.
We love Andy’s as a brand however this location has horrid customer service. While standing on the patio with lots of loud kids and groups of people; sadly we missed the first call for our food and maybe two. When we made it through the line to the front we were greeted with a friendly “clean out your ears.” Despite the quality of the product, the lack of quality service ruins any chance of coming back.
Loved the new mint concrete, absolutely delicious. However, the service is so friendly and fun. We always look forward to our Grapevine Andy's.

Normally I love Andy’s. Terrible customer service. I understand being understaffed but being rude when a customer isn’t aware just doesn’t seem ok. Tried to go tonight went to the window as there is always a long line. Greeted by no walk ups as we only have 3 people have a great night. Maybe next time say I am so sorry we are short staffed so we can’t accept window orders. Went to another ice cream shop!

Line was long but it moved fast. The customer service was nice as well. First time here based on friend recommendation and my friend was right. Custard was yummy. No complaints here
Simple service as if I was driving a old Cadillac on a Friday night to have something sweet after a knight out on the town! So good, affordable and consistent in making every dessert every time. Love it so much.
Ordered a banana split and other items through the drive through.After we got home, I started eating the banana split and noticed the strawberries were missing. This disappointing since the strawberries are included in the price. The custard was good. I just didn't get what I paid for that is why I gave it 3 stars.
