first time the drinks and food. couldve looked like the menu but the price was fair
The price point to food ratio is actually pretty good and great quality to! The actual location is pretty nice and always kept clean and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend if you haven’t tried it before!
I am a regular customer and I love the Cookie Monster shake but today is the second time that I feel like the shake taste different as usually so I realized that the shake is donde with soft/old Oreo cookies and that the whipped cream on top looks expired too. I did not tell the staff members because I did not want them to feel like I was blaming them or something like that. I just want the real/original Cookie Monster shake.
The drinks are good, my favorite is camo Thai, the mangonada.
The place is large inside. Plenty of seating. The soft serve they use is ice based, not cream, so don't get the milk based options like The Cookie Monster (cookies and cream shake) because it'll just taste like watered down ice cream with ice. Not a good taste. My kids were very dissapointed. They should only sell water ice based flavors like lime, watermelon, melon and flavors like that, not cookies and cream; it was gross.The prices a bit steep too. It was $8 for a shake.The staff was fast and friendly and the other options looked good, but I didn't get a chance to try them. I will be back to try again though.
The place is very clean and the staff was great and very fast to get my order out. The Mangonada is so good!
I have been coming to this location several times and I have always enjoyed my visit here however. Today, I just feel as though the customer service was not there at all. Not even for other customers. Let me explain: I walked in & wasn’t greeted at all. The girl with the “Anti Social Club” jacket clearly made it obvious that she doesn’t want to speak to anyone. (I get it, I’m anti social at times also, but to wear this at an establishment) ; what service or first impression would you give off to other customers? Anyway, I waited for her to speak to me. She just walked up to the register & didn’t even ask, hi sorry for the wait, what can I get you… nothing… she just looked at me & I was shocked. Like honestly. So I proceeded to order. She asked me if that was it & I just shocked my head yes to let her know.. why would I talk to her if she obviously didn’t want to talk?? (I understand people have their days.. trust me.. but the vibe inside the place was just off .. it was as though the employees were not even happy with working with eachother… There was also a different customer that got her food & said thank you and they didn’t even acknowledge her and I wanted to say thank you for the employees instead…? There is this sweet girl that had a white jacket on and she is short and has long black hair. But she was in the back cutting watermelon. I don’t know her name because there are no name tags and the dress code could be better — but she is so sweet. So thank you for that mysterious girl & thanks for the great customer service you have provided me when I was greeted by you and treated like a customer! ?In short: (I will no longer be back here. This is definitely my last time at this location & I don’t mind driving 30 minutes to the next one.) I wish this place had better vibes. ✌?
We been wanting to visit for a long thaveime and they did not disappoint! We had the garlic butter popcorn chicken, the carne asada fries, the cheddar jalapeño elotes, the ube horchata, and the cucumber lime limeade. Everything was so tasty, especially the chicken! The food was split between two people and we still had leftovers because of the generous portions. Highly recommend!
If I can add a no star rating Believe me I would!! I’m upset at how this location managers manage their workers. I’m sure it’s not their fault since zero degrees should properly train them right? they should have knowledge of the time the store suppose to close. So I’m guessing its very lousy management forsure. Saturday evening Wife and I had a sweet tooth for some sweets ? and decided to head over to zero degrees since they “close at 10pm” per the website. and we knew we had plenty of time to get some snacks and come back home. We arrived at exactly 9:25 and 3 workers were surprised We were walking in wanting service. While they seemed bother by our presence they advised us that their store kitchen has been closed. I told them the store website says they close at 10 why doesn’t it say 9:30? and they said “nope sorry” we’re closed at 9:30. We were so embarrassed of how they treated us walking out and came home empty handed. ? Very bad service I say.
Overall this place only gets two stars because it lacks everywhere.We ordered a Ube and strawberry milkshake, both lacked in flavor and presentation. They looked nothing like the photos presented online.For the main entree we ordered popcorn chicken, salt and pepper flavor. It was overly salty and tasted like fish. The chicken was also overcooked and the actual morsel chicken contain nothing but crumbs.
