Terrible!!!!Everytime I've gone there, at least 3 times, thinking it will be different, the food tastes old n rotten...not to mention itsmells bad too! I get tired of taking the food back when I'm sure they know what the standards are! The food is much too expensive for that type of service, so I've given it up, I'll never go there to eat again!
We went here Saturday after a track meeting. The young lady in the front was very pleasant. I don't remember her name. The store was really busy but she was pushing out the orders. She was a black lady with dreads. She told us to wait maybe about 20 25 minutes to get our order. When we did receive our order I asked her was she allowed to get tips. She stated that she was and I tipped her because I told her that she was doing a really good job and keeping a positive attitude while doing it. Almost definitely be back to this Wingstop because the customer service was good.
Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly , Angel has a good positive attitude and seems to be a hard working gentleman!!!!! It's definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. Will be back ??
I was greeted as soon as I walked in! Great customer service, definitely recommend this location. ☺️ I will be returning soon with out a doubt!
Under new management. I have received exceptional customer service. Food always fresh as it should.
Place order and cashier gave me 25 min wait, but after the 25min wait they tell me order not ready give us 1hr it’s ridiculous when there’s 4 employees working but instead of having that sense of urgency they’re on phones and dancing. I love wings but these time didn’t met my expectations!
Ordered 3 wing combos no ranch for ANY wings was given. Put instructions for no seasoning on fries on one and all had seasoning. Had to make it all the way home and notice the ranches where missing and the fries were wrong. Had to then drive all the way back just for all our food to get cold for ranch the EMPLOYEES forgot they gave one ranch only had to ask for another one and when asked for the third one that COMES with the order they charged us. THEY CHARGE FOR THEIR MESS UPS. It’s not about the price it’s about the fact that all of our food was cold because of their incompetence and they couldn’t even own up or apologize for their mistakes. Food was cold and uneatable. The costumer service was awful. No manager stepped up the employee looked like it was the biggest burden to them when asked for the ranch they messed up on.
Online order was ready on time, my only complaint is that I ordered & paid for large voodoo fries & essentially got cheese fries. They were missing the Cajun seasoning
DisappointedWife placed an online order at 4pm and arrived at Wingstop at 4:25 the team working at that time seem that there was no urgency for customer service.My order was placed for shelf for another five minutes until I ask how much longer will it be before our order was ready.This wasn't the first time and not ordering from this particular place on I30 & Beltline again.
Its nasty..... not evan really cleaned this wings...Always have problems with this wingstop. Never cook well.
