11:45 i picked my order up . Got back home to Duncanville and saw that you guys gave me ATOMIC HOT instead of mild . Do yo medical reasons i cannot and will not eat ATOMIC hot . I need a refund or a replacements meal . It’s sad i can’t eat tonight because you guys got my order wrong and are now closed . Usually make a 15-20 mins Drive for you guy’s location . I’m really upset .
Literally the worst customer service from their own manager, Amber. She refused to give their corporate number and proceeded to tell me to look it up myself. I will not be coming back or ordering from here again. There was absolutely no effort or attempt to understand and make things right from their end. There wasn’t any kind of apology for my missing items, that I had to pay for again. She placed blame the entire duration of the phone call. I am highly disappointed as my family and I have been coming to this location for years.
Amber has ridiculous/poor customer service, can’t even do a simple job, if you don’t like your job that much you don’t need to be working there. PERIOD. It don’t take nothing but 2 seconds to help out a customer, Speaking from experience in food service.Somebody needs to fire her, poor management all the way around. Worst place ever! I ordered wings online and when I got home realized they gave me the wrong flavor! Called because this was the second time they messed up letting go the first time because I know things happen! Called and was told I would have to bring back for credit after the fact I told them I want a credit and not going back! The manager Rafael was suppose to call me back because he was too busy to speak to me at the time and never did!
Nikki was absolutely amazing! We ordered our food online and the doordash deliverer ended up delivering our food elsewhere. I attempted to contact the driver with no success. I then called the store and Nikki did everything she could to accommodate the situation and even re-did our order and arranged for another driver to pick up our order, she even offered to deliver it herself since the 2nd driver was taking a while to pick it up. Even after we finally got our food, she gave me a call to follow up with me to make sure we got our order this time. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you Nikki!!
Worst location ever!! Estimated time 45-60 min .. I get there @ 45 min and they tell me it will be an additional 30-45 min .. when I asked for a refund ( bc they force you to pay when ordering online , to submit the order ) they said the manager was out of town . Wow , just kids running the establishment.. if I could give a zero , I would .. save your time and money .. this place is a joke and should be shut down.. I wish I would read the reviews prior but o ordering .. this seems to be a constant issue at this location … BWW will have my business from now on.. GREAT JOB WINGSTOP !!!
I ordered food at 7pm they told me it would be a 63-68 min wait we waited 1hour and 15 min to go pick up the wings , my son got there and they said another49 min wait. I use to love wing stop, they use to be so efficient now every time I place a order it doesn’t matter if it’s 10 pc or 50pc it is terrible service. At this point I’m not going to order wing stop anymore in Grand Prairie . All 3 locations suck!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They’re slow, the food is half done, and the fries are EXTREMELY SALTY!!!!! Definitely a waste of money. Never again will my family eat at this location.
This location in Grand Prairie has customers line up. You order online you come on time and still wait another 40 minutes. Ridiculous! In 40 minutes only 4 customers have received their order hope it is worth the wait doubt it.
