Orderd at about 6 for it to be ready at 930Get there at 930 and they hadn't even started it yet.Annoying but I thought we'll atleast this time they'll be hot and not fridge cold like last time.The last hands me my bagI had to rush to get back to work only to find my order is wrong I paid the extra for boned wings and was given boneless.I tried to call multiple time and they refuse to answer.

This is a terrible location. Girl with dark red hair was trying to help and was professional, but yall need to speak or deal with the girl with bright red hair. She is rude and made me repeat my order to her 3x because she has ear buds in. When I first walked in she continued to have a conversation of how she wantes to go to starbucks on her break with her friend though I was in front of her for 2 mintues.They took 45 minutes for my order whenever they said 20 minutes only for it to be wrong. They continously said only a few more minutes for 25 minutes... new management is definitely needed and to get things rolling this is ridiculous.

My experience last night was the worst ever. I went inside to pick up my online order and than placed another order in store. The young lady was very rude, unprofessional and provided the poorest customer service experience. When she gave me my total the order was incorrect, I asked to return the items and only wanted 2 hot sauces. She got mad at me because no manager was on duty and she did not know how to do a refund. After making a phone call she said “okay your order has been voided” I asked for a receipt and she started arguing with me, said it’s for the store only. She never refunded me my money and did not allow any other team member to help me. She kept arguing with me in front of other customers when I just wanted my refund and to pay for a new order. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever received from anyone. Someone like this should not be left in charge running the store. I will NOT be returning to this facility ever again. No name tag and she declined to give her name. If you read this avoid the headache going there, I would drive to Belt Line and 30 instead.

I made an order through their mobile app when we arrived our food was ready waiting for us. But when we arrived home we realized that they gave us our order with the wrong seasonings on our wings. This was extremely disappointing. I have ordered multiple times from this location and there’s never a mistake like this. I also called and a worker picked up the phone then put me on hold and never answered again.

Horrible placeEverytime i come i have to wait 2 hours and a half for my food and the orders are wrong when i check them and wait 30 more minutes to get it. I dont recomend coming here.

Got the wrong order delivered took it back asked for either my money refund or my food made couldn’t get help finally after a 1hour and still have to wait for my food to be made again still didn’t get my refund for delivery .. this is what they do when you need help oh they also said no Night management or supervisor on shift how ?? Please tell me how !!

I ordered at 5:45PM online. They said it'll be ready in 35min.It's now 7:20PM, and I'm standing here with 20 othe people. The lady up front is the WORST! She doesn't even know how to us the cash register and when people ask her about their orders, she responds with "30 more minutes"She also told me I was waiting on my fries, but it's does not take an hour to make fries?! The customer service is BYFAR THE WORST. I should have gone to McDonald's. These people should be embarrassed at their work ethic.

I have a customer for so many years , today I order my normal order at 611pm. Wait time 52 minutes. I came ar 709pm to be told by a rude and sarcastic employee named angel that I had to wait another 50 minutes.I cancel my order and yet this employee continued to talk garbage to this customer of Wingstop.He was willing to come outside and get into a confrontation.This will be my last time I ever order from this store.Hire better staff

I order there regularly and have never had any issues. Maybe once I got the wrong order. But placing an order online is very efficient. Sometimes they don't offer delivery. Don't know why.

Was told 43-48 minute wait for food. I received food after 90 mins. After waiting in the store for a half hour with 30 other people crammed in the store without any interaction from the understaffed team (no social distancing procedures in place)
