Whataburger is absolutely amazing but they can never quite get that whole fast part in "fast-food"If there is a long line in the drive thru, expect a 15-30+ minute wait.
The 1st time was back in Dec. Placed a curbside order 30 minutes in advance. Showed up, park, followed the instructions, and after 20 minutes, ended up going inside to pick it up. No big deal, short staffed, lunch rush, understandable.Today, I order from drive-thru, proceeding to place my entire order to make it easier on the staff since I already exactly what I wanted. Not even midway through placing my order, I was cut off by the cashier Sherri:"Would you like such and such?" I took a brief pause, and my response was:"Yes, I do, #2 w/ che."(Cut off again by Sherri) Mustard all the way?Etc..Sherri seems like a nice lady, but she really needs to listen to the customer's order first before asking questions. My order was not correct at all. Food was fresh but not correct.
I had a coupon on my phone for a FREE pattymelt with a purchase of a drink and ?. I didn't want to redeem until I got to the place. I was in the drive-thur and I had the worst experience. I couldn't find the scan code to get the deal. I placed the order in the drive-thur and in trying to get the code I placed the order online. The young ladies at the window were so patient with me, but couldn't find that scan code. Finally, the Manager came to take care of me. I did pay for the soda/fries which cleared my account.I want to THANK the ladies who were so kind and NEVER got upset with me even after holding up the line forever. Thank You and you will never know how much that meant to me. Super Customer Service ?
Horrible organization, lack of communication with customers just have the drive thru waiting and waiting just close down the drive thru at this point. Had workers outside today on their iPads just talking to one another because one of the iPads stopped working could have contacted management or told the cars waiting about situation but nope just stayed talking to one another. Another worker came out and two of them started arguing with one another… didn’t solve anything still waiting forever. Finally went to the window and didn’t know who’s order was who’s had the manager go to the window asking who’s order was who’s again because of lack of organization at window. They kept telling cars to move up when they couldn’t anymore because everyone was still waiting for order. Just horrible please save your time and go to another place it’s happened multiple times and this visit took the cake.
horrible experience. the cashier, kaybreonna was completely rude and cut me off mid order. she did the same to a friend of mine. they also forgot our order and had us waiting for 30 minutes until we said something, which they had it sitting as they brought it out afterwards.
I know Whataburger is typically slower than most fast food places but this one in particular is extremely slow. Every time we have been here it’s taken forever to get our food, without any apologies or ownership on delays.Mind you both times it has taken this long, we only ordered a fry and a grilled cheese.
This location is always very busy, lack of promptness and management overseeing work flow to ensure an adequate wait time. Employees seem to drag their feet and not have communication skills.
This is the SLOWEST location ever. I usually use the app so I can use rewards, and there is honestly no point to it anymore because if you use the app you will NOT get your food within the time frame you select. I just had to wait 30+ minutes for only a drink. This is the only Whataburger I have ever had this issue at.
Came in at 7:48pm last night sat down, 8:10 called the manager over to see what happen to our food.The pace was to slow , for the food to have taken so long inside. I stepped out with the spouse to grab a bite on VDay....and could hardly enjoy it.
Slow I keep giving this location another chance and they are slow for absolutely no reason! If there are more then 2 cars in the drive thru you will be waiting close to an hour! This is a newer location you would think that it would be ran so much better then this
