Do NOT visit this location. They use to have great ppl working here NOW it’s all went downhill. The young lady at the window by the name of Rasheeda broke my card somehow by swiping it. We brought it to her attention she says “Don’t put that on me bro!” Like what?! Then we bring to her attention two different charges were processed on my card. She said one would fall off. I tell her it’s for two different amounts she says the system ran it for my order and the person’s behind me. I request a manager spoke with a Liz who said her name would be on both receipts for when I need to dispute WELL THATS ANOTHER LIE! None of the managers info are on either receipts. I will go to ft worth going forward that location is cleaner, faster and outstanding customer service. This one was closer so I didn’t mind at first but they won’t get another penny out of me. I will also be calling corporate on both employees due to lack of empathy when this was no fault of mine!
I drive a truck for a living so the drive thru isn’t possible and I also start work at 4am. I came to this location to grab food in the lobby at 5 am and it was closed, as I was walking away James the manager got my attention and took my order for me. With the way the world is now it’s hard for people of my profession to get food sometimes and he understood that and reacted. Give this man a promotion.
I waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. When I got my food home there was something crunchy on my breakfast on a bun. I'm not sure if it was eggshells, dirt or glass.
12:45am I went to get me and my husband some food, f course it's early Saturday morning. Clubs closing people looking to eat, lines extremely long. The problem was my bun was soaking wet both of our buns. The lettuce was extremely soggy and wet and ripped easily because it was wet too. The French fries extremely cold. I live less than 3 minutes away. Soon As I got in we both ate our food. There is no way the bun would be that wet and soggy, and the French fries that cold. 25.00 wasted. I took 3 bites and threw it away. Horrible!!! Why is the night crew so horrible here? Mornings are good and mid-day. That night and overnight crew......... Horrible, trash, everytime the late night crew always gives horrible food. Like they made it hours before and then let it sit....eeewwwww. Never again!!!
The drive through is always a long wait. They seem be be much more busier during the night time. I have always had correct order and no complaints regarding the quality of the food.
The most consistent and professional locations for those in the know. If they say say their shake machine is down then you can believe them. Every patty melt combo I've received has been great. Now you know.
I don't go here very often but when I do Ms. Juanita has better customer service than chic -fil -a. She is a keeper and need to teach some of the others there how to be polite.
One of the better Whataburgers. Quick service even while very busy. Food was fresh and burger seemed like the old days when the actually fill your hands!
The cashier was so nice and repeated the order to make sure it was correct. I have been to other Whataburgers that have left me disappointed to the point that we hardly stop at WB any more. Keep up the great work.
I ordered the chicken strip sandwich with grilled jalapenos and bacon with medium fries. I think I'm usually disappointed by the amount of BBQ they use... I might ask for more next time. The service was great. It was pretty busy around 7pm in the dining area. The food took about 15+ minutes so I wouldn't recommend coming during this time if you're very hungry and want your food ASAP. Our food was brought to us by a friendly staff who offered the Spicy Ketchup Limited Batch 2 spicy ketchup. This batch is tangier than the Black-colored regular spicy ketchup and has a notable kick. I usually stick to the regular ketchup but I really liked the Limited batch variety!
