In a word, Awesome! I'm a huge fan of Whataburger to begin with, but the reason this Whataburger gets 5 stars and would get more if I could give em is the excellent level of service, the attention and care and the obvious team and store pride that we were greeted with not just by one employee, but from every single employee we encountered. We showed up just before the dine-in was closing but they never rushed us. They paid attentive to what we wanted and made sure our orders were correct when ordered and when we got our food. They locked the door to stop me folks from coming in but were still nothing but courteous and friendly even 30 minutes after the dine-in was shut down and we were still eating. This group obviously cares about the customers, their store and each other and it really shows. This Whataburger is truly a diamond in the rough.
I love the whataburger franchise, I always have. But this location specifically is absolute trash. We ordered 3 burritos and 2 biscuits and waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, the lady was very inattentive and did not care. She gave us our bag after several minutes of being at the window, we checked our bag to find out we were missing items. So we had to wait another 5 minutes. Then when we pulled out, half of our order was wrong. I used to work in fast food too and IT'S NOT THAT HARD. This location specifically needs to be shut down or management needs to be fired along with the entire staff. Will never be going back to this location.
I absolutely HATE this location. I stopped going to whataburger for a year because of all the bad service from this ONE location. There’s kids sitting around talking majority of the time. The manager told us there were 4 people working but when we drove by it definitely looked like a 8-9 people again just sitting around talking and talking outside. Our order is wrong majority of the time and they usually never compensate for it . They just remake the food again and it’s still not fresh! I wouldn’t recommend going here. The one by Walmart off of 161 is much better and worth the wait.
Poor service I came with my wife to get dinner on the way home. My wife wanted to buy dinner for me when I usually do.. when I handed the money to the teller he didn't grab it right without looking at my hand and dropped the 20$ I gave him windy it blew and before I could get out of my vehicle it blew in a storm drain... No food no help.... I will never eat at this establishment ever again.. also waited at the window for 15 minutes before he even came and took the or dropped the money I should say shame shame... My wife is 68 and can nearly survive shame shame shame
Employees were not professional. They definitely were not sanitary. They news to change gloves when they use the cashier register before handling food. And definitely change them when going into lobby area.
This place is horrible, when you see the car in front of you at the drive thru put his car in park, that is bad! I don't understand the wait. I was in line for 20 minutes for garbage. Terrible staff selection. Definitely don't recommend this location.
This Whataburger rocks other than the cranky old lady they had working the drive-thru window that refused to give me any more than two spicy ketchups I usually have a great experience here but the old lady that was working the window got greedy with a spicy ketchup and that kind of irritated me
I just left this Whataburger. I ordered fries and a chocolate shake. They gave me old fries. I asked them to give me the fresh fries I saw them making. They still give me old fries. All the fries were about 1 inches long. This Whataburger is garbage. Thanks for ruining Whataburger.Whataburger sold their corporation, they changed the suppliers for their bread and food. The quality of food is just as bad as every other fast food place. Whataburger lost me as a customer for good. Also why does the manager not have to wear a mask but everyone else does?
Nasty fries, tasted like they were days old, and this was at noon, with at least 8 cars in front of us, so it makes me wonder if they make all of their fries the day before. Drinks were very watered down. Staff unfriendly. Burgers were decent.
Always great food. Messed up in the drive thru on our order but was more than glad to have fixed it for us without a hitch. Will always return for that #5 with extra patty added whatasize and my 80 lb pit bull baby appreciates the 2 meat patties plain and dry no bread. Oh and she says thanks for the small ice water. She loves the Whataburger ice water.
