Well usually my chicken sandwiches are real delicious nice and tender and juicy well that was not the case at this location not only did I have to wait for it the chicken sandwich was dry as if it were not fresh . I know my sandwiches and this one was not satisfying. I ate it because I waited to long to get it and couldn't wait for another if I returned it . This location is right off the freeway easy to spot from the freeway which was the reason to get a bit to eat here before hopping back on the road . I was surprised that this location had so many workers but still didn't have it together as if they were clueless on what was going on and which orders were which . The only one that was in top of things was the manager he got my order going after waiting awhile for my sandwich to my surprise the workers didn't have it at least they couldn't find my order so the manager got it filled . The sandwich was dry like I said as if it day under that heating light that it dried it up. Well I'll have to make sure next time that it is freshly cooked and they it was placed .
Drive through guy was standing outside would not take my order made me go to the far lane to sit there while he took other customers orders i drove back around for him to try and tell me to get back in the other line again which i said no to. Because there was one car infront of me which he then tries to tell me his line is busy. Crazy thing is he was only doing this with cars with black drivers the discrimination is real here and i will never eat here again.
I would give zero stars if possible... We waited in the drive through line for about 50 min, then had to wait because they gave our entire order to someone else. Then they forgot a taquito.The sweet tea will give you diabetes with one sip! We got home and two of the three biscuits were jalapeño when they should've been regular, one of the meals had a tiny serving of eggs and they put sausage in the gravy when I ordered it without. I called and they offered to remake the order in which I declined(maybe third time would've been a charm??). I'm not driving back to sit for another hour. Never will return to this location!
They charged me for slices of cheese on my egg sandwiches, when they come with cheese. Then, I had also ordered 2 potato taquito with cheese and only received one. I can't do s survey cuz there's no code and no reg number on the receipt. I've never had my order messed up and been charged $12.19 for 4 items that all come with cheese and charged extra for cheese. I love Whataburger and also wait times are long at the time of my visit I waited about 30 minutes to order and get my food, which isn't bad compared to some other locations I have visited.
I am a tractor trailer driver and when I stopped the inside dining area was already closed and the manager Michael seeing my predicament permitted me and my co driver to come inside and give him our orders. We greatly appreciate him and your chain for how well you take care of your customers. Being on the road all the time is good to find a place that treats you like family.
Had the worst experience here, waited almost 35 minutes in line and received my food all cold that I had to come home and heat it up. As I was eating my burger I realized the meat was slightly undercooked I couldn’t believe it. This is unacceptable it was very gross and on top of that expect to receive your food cold and be ready to heat it up at home. This was not the first time my food was cold. As I was going to take another bite I witnessed the undercooked meat it’s disgusting!!!
It took them 4x to get my simple order right (a Whataburger plain and dry with cheese and crispy bacon). Almost an hour to get my food. I call the next day and talk to the mgr Crystal and she apologized and said she would give me some coupons for some free food items. The day that I go to get my coupons, she said she just barely threw them away (yeah, right). I was hungry, so I ordered another burger the same way and it took them 3x to get it right this time. No apology from Crystal that day at all..She even rolled her eyes and walked off after showing her they put mustard on my burger. No discount, no upgrade...nothing. I will never go to this location again.
Everytime something is missing or short on my order. I mean it every time. Today I had to ask for missing jalapeno ranch that was on order and also the portion size of ? on mushroom ? swiss ? was so small. I think I should stop going there.
This is the only Whataburger that I've ever been to that consistently gets my orders wrong. Today, they left the onions off my Patty melt! Why else would you get a patty melt???
Only spend $10 and waited 30 mins for my hbcb hash browns and OJ. ? Understaffed? Maybe. The new spicy ketchup with hot sauce made up for it ? if you're in a hurry. Stop at QT next door and get a sausage biscuit with NO WAIT!
