My go-to taco place!!! Best street tacos! Best burritos! I usually call in my order as they can get very busy. The lady that is usually there working the register is always pleasant to talk to. I love this place.
Make sure to check your receipts. The old lady that works the drive thru is way over charging people for their orders, then plays dumb when confronted. She doesn’t give you a total, just takes your card and runs it. We go here alot and always order the exact same order. Today our order was $15.00 more than usual. When we asked about the difference she acted as if she couldn't understand what we were saying. We called the phone number listed, same lady answered and hung up. Never again we will go here and we will be reporting them. Had I seen the review with hair in the food, I would have stopped going there along time ago. So continue eating at Azteca if you like over priced hairy food serve by a rude old lady....
Ordered the parrillada basically a family pack with all assorted meats to build tacos. We didn’t get any tortillas with our order, which should of come with 16 of them. I called to let them know we received everything and would drive back up to pick up the tortillas. Well basically they told me know and they gave them to us per the cook. I let the girl know over the phone and she flat out told me they were not going to give us any. I did info them I can bring everything back up there and let them see. Needless to say I will not be coming back there as a customer!
My family and I love coming to eat here, we have been coming here for years always good service and food is delicious, however today I went with my husband and son, as I’m placing my order the lady I believe she’s the owner or one of the owners, started raising her voice at me, I was so confuse and shocked since she’s always saying hi and she’s always in a good mood, but not today, I usually go off on people and raise my voice as well but it wasn’t worth it, just wanted to vent and advise of my experience today, I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on your clients.
Really delicious tacos, owner really nice. Establishment needs employee help. Maria the owner always working n she is nice to her customers. It is always busy, food worth it!
Food is always great. But customer service is very low. No hello. No goodbye. Not even one Thank You. Terrible
Staff has rudely disrespected us. Asked for a to-go plate and as soon as it was handed to me the lady at the register reached over at the counter and SNATCHED it back just because she gave us a wrong size. That was very disrespectful and unprofessional. To add to that, we waited 50 minutes for our food. Wouldn’t see myself eating here again.
Been a customer for the longest but tonight I found a unpleasant surprise between my tortillas in the taco plate ? Make sure y’all look at y’all’s plate before you start eating!!! I ordered this thru drive thru.
Sopes and beans were very good. Rice was alright. Overall was delicious, will go back.
