Horrible place to go!!! The Manager is the absolute worst! I witnessed the way she speaks to employees! Also very disrespectful towards customer! I asked for a refund she didn’t even look my way! Items missing from order , food cold, not prepared with any type of care!! Replace manager if you want any type of staff and customers ! Also , I need to be contacted for FULL story!
Food is good and everything but I didn't give 5 stars because it's crazy how you can't get a pick up order from the window. Just inconvenient and doesn't make sense. Also the girl at the window was rude about it. No customer service at all and no one was there just workers so no point to be rude when you aren't busy. Plus it says there is curbside pick up and that is a lie.

I was at the So. Carrier location by the Home Depot today around 11: ish.I was absoulty blown away with the customer service.I made my order and paid and just mentioned that the drive through was busy a couple weeks ago and felt like my order was not made correctly.I received my order to dine Inn, the comment I made of " in my opinion " was not the amount that I normally get, was of not only normally was was pleasantly surprised in the amount I was served.Kudos said the girl that waited on me!
I had the most amazing experience at This Taco Cabana. The little girl who served me was Soo sweet. She melted my heart. I wanted something on the breakfast menu and it was a little past breakfast time. She told me that I was late to order that food. Minutes later, she came to my table and brought me the tacos that I badly craved to eat. I almost cried at her kindness and her remembering what I wanted. I hope to keep coming to this location for years to come since I live in the neighborhood.
Nice people, nice facilities, but the food for the price of a breakfast taco was lacking. Very little filling. Hardly any chorizo in the chorizo, egg and cheese taco. The tortilla tasted store bought not fresh. It will only work in a pinch if I can't find a real taco joint.
Very dirty!! I've never eaten at a Taco Cabana and I never will because of this location. I walked in and an employee was at the register and looked up but never spoke. I spoke and she walked away. I later overheard the others saying that she was off work. She had a pair of shoes in her hand and walked through the food prep area tossing her dreads. I went to the restroom and another employee was also walking in. She didn't even wash her hands when she was done. I took a couple of pics as I waited for a door dash order. You can see that the shoes were left on a counter.What a shame.
I stop eating at this location because they would always get my order wrong some how. Now 2 years later I try again and it's the taste. The rice I gagged on, after tasting how burnt microwaved it tasted. The chicken nachos were crazy stale too. Beans, they just didn't even look right. Never been a food critic, but when it's this bad you sort of got to speak up for the sake of others not having to taste the same.
Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Told me to go to McDonald’s- service would be faster. That is the woman’s exact words.
Rude employees- only want to take care of online orders. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait time for our order to even be started. Was told that was the time because they had to do online orders first.
