We ordered online and came to pick up our food, about 13 items, and you know he gives us our food, i believe the jacket he had on said his name was Bryan. Anyways he gave us a bag and it only had like 5 boxes and we asked him if this was the whole order and if the bag that was next to it was part of our order. dude said it was a different order, blew us off, and had a smart comment "how do you even know its missing anything." we tried to explain but he stopped talking to us so we went through every box pulled everything out and we were missing like 3-4 meals. We went up to him to explain and show what we were missing, we had to take the receipt and highlight everything they missed. At this point he was upset asked the kitchen and they said they made it. We had to tell him to give us the bag we had asked for in the beginning so we could check, it was the rest of our order.
After we get our daughter from school we stop here some days to enjoy a frozen slurpee. We love their isn't much of a wait and the staff are fast. Keep up the great work!
1.)The prices are higher,2.)the quality of food is down and so is the amount of food given fo the higher price. 3 bites of rolled tortilla half the bean burrito gone befor I reached beans. . The crunchy tocos had very little meat and very saturated with grease.not happy with the quality and quantity for the price
Only TacoBell one should go to if you're in grand prairie, the new one near 161 is absolute garbage. This restaurant has workers that get your meal out quickly but also accurately.

I ordered the 3 taco supreme meal on 01/21/2022, they gave me two nasty tacos with a thick soft putter shell and a crunchy shell inside! Tried calling no one ever answered! I think I should get a free meal
Lobby was open and as soon as I walked in they said that they wouldn’t take my order. Spoke with the manager and was treated with nothing but disrespect. They told me that I would have to wait in the drive through for approximately 10 minutes. This store is completely incompetent staff as well management. They should feel lucky that they 1 star.
The staff there will say it's closed anytime after 12...BUT their hours stay till 1:00am*On the reason I'm still giving it two stars is because the staff there was nice enough to still make my Doritos locos taco which I had already mobile ordered...(the other staff however when I first pulled up to the window, because nobody would answer at the speaker after 10 mins, kept telling me oh we're closed and we don't have your order even though I had already paid) ?
This happened to be a very convenient location the other day. We had just finished running errands and we were craving Taco Bell. This was my first visit to this location. Great customer service. Thank you guys.Food service was very fast and order was correct. Again, thank you.
Food was hot! The guy at the window was very nice and friendly. The wait time was pretty quick considering I went there at 12 am and got a party pack.
