worst subway, go to the campwisdom location. Calling cooperate to get my refund. Messed up my whole online pickup order. Nothing has changed about the location, they can’t get anything right, the place is hot, the bathroom smells. Do NOT go. They added cheese to only one side of my sandwich, missing onions and wrong bread.
I ordered my food via door dash and they completely messed up my order, they put jalapeños on my toddlers 6in, totally careless. The food was not packaged correctly and my foot long was literally missing majority of the vegetables I requested, I would honestly give them no zero stars if I could, and on top of that it’s no way I’ll be able to get my money back or even a portion of it.
Very disappointing. My last three online orders were wrong and/or missing items. The last straw was when my black forest ham sub didn't have ham on it. I completed the survey they send after. I emailed corporate. Called the store for a week with no answer. No contact from them. No refund or resolution. Finally deleted the app.
I pulled up at 748 and the place was already locked up and the open sign off. Inside were 2 employees cleaning up.
I've been here 3 times and each time it was as if they drive u away from this location. The first time I visited was around 2 pm, the doors were locked although they shouldn't have been according to the store hours on the window, and the employee just stared at me. No sign was left saying they were out for lunch or anything. The second time I went they had limited meats so no chicken or steak, no "Sorry for the inconvenience" or the decency to look at me. Don't waste your time here.
They were out of a lot of items the food was good but had to order something other than I had planned service was a bit slow
Literally had no veggies for sandwiches, didn’t say they didn’t have any so I just paid $5 for a sandwich that wasn’t what I wanted. But since they already made it I had to purchase it. Also, i believe their AC was out as it was SO hot in the store the workers were literally sweating. Worst subway location I’ve ever been to.
Always love coming here. Great service and the food tastes just as great. Also love the cookies ;) ♡-T
First time visit it was cool the service was quick, store clean and the sandwich was really good. The store is due for a upgrade they need to remodel this location.
