I bought a footlong here today May 15th and they put tomatoes on my sandwich even though I told them I cannot eat tomatoes. They only put one leaf of spinach on my entire sandwich and barley any lettuce and black olives.I am never coming back to this store again to eat.The bread was hard and not a bit fresh. They do not answer their phone, so I will be going to the Store to discuss this issue.

Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Kudos to Erica! I will be back☺️

for the past 2 months i’ve been coming here since i work nearby , & every time i come , the crew is always very nice and outgoing !! thank you!!

Tomatoes so soggy and nasty. They had no pickles and the customer service was ok plus he was wearing a durag. Smdh!

I work hard to keep it fresh! Come by and see me Monday through Friday. I’m the GM here at this location and been working for subway for many many years! Let me show you what a sandwich artist looks like hahaha

I ordered online for pick up in store; 12 minutes after my estimated pickup time (by the email), they still didn't start on my order yet. The staff had no apologizes whatsoever while giving me a negative attitude. I do not think i was at fault there, wasnt I ?

I had a big order that was done correctly!??

Do not be fooled, texas has no underground transit system. This is a SANDWICH SHOP.good olives.

Wife picked up our food they was music very loud (Mo3) she add that she was very uncomfortable as the worker kept trying to request her number on top of the the our sandwiches was incorrect

Roderick is an artist with the sandwiches! I’m not over exaggerating here, that plating and execution was fire. I’ve eaten at my fair share of sandwich shops (Potbelly, Firehouse, etc.) but the vibe and positive energies one feels when entering this particular establishment runs circles around all the others. Maybe it was this particular day with this specific staff that made my visit so great, but let this be a lesson to corporate: if you’re treating your workers well keep doing it, if not then do better because Roderick and Sherita (hope I’m spelling it right) are going up and beyond to make this little shop home. The choice of music, the jokes, it all felt like home. I hope to God you guys are doing right by them just as they do for their customers. Excellent craft and service!
