Showed up at 9pm. Hours in the door said it was open until 11pm. Doors were locked despite the “OPEN” sign being on and lit. Guy inside would not make eye contact and was clearly cleaning up to shut down for the night. Fine if your closed, but maybe honor your hours and turn off your sign
the staff here are one of the most generous, sweet, and personable people i have ever experienced in any restaurant to date! the person who served us was very funny and so giving to me and my friends after our workout. i would 100% return here and recommend that my friends and family do too
Rude lady at the drive thru yelled at me while I was looking at the menu? Seemed like she hates working there lol also they didnt have lettuce or tomatoes? lol this is the weirdest subway Ive ever been to.
My husband and I went to subway around 7:45pm and they were closed. The subway street sign is ALWAYS off and their “OPEN” window symbol is also always off. Feels like the workers run their own business hours behind the owners back. It’s not the first time this happens. We started going to the new location on belt line. MUCH MUCH cleaner and great customer service, and only a few minutes away.
I had friendly and helpful service..Made my sandwich just the way I liked it..I wish I would of got the young ladie's name I would give her a shout out.. I told her when I come back if she is not working I'll wait until she is to come back. I gave her a tip for being so nice and friendly.. That's the customer service appreciate.. She was Awesome.. Way to go Subway Keep more people like her around..it's why I will be coming back to this store.
My husband goes to this subway all the time and has told me about one of your employees he says every time he goes in there she always has a nasty attitude and always making rude comments to him so I always tell him don’t worry about it she’s over worked and underpaid and I always try and make excuses for her. We’ll not today I went in there 1/06/2022 at 11:50am and he was exactly right the lady who took my order did not have on a name tag nor did she give me a receipt so that I can identify her but she has burgundy braided hair and she’s a older lady and is very rude she has a very smart mouth doesn’t know how to say Thank you or your welcome when dealing with customers and her nasty attitude should be addressed we understand that everyone is short staffed but no one deserves to be treated with disrespect when we’re spending money with you
Whelp, Firehouse Subs it is.... today this place lost my business going forward. Employees are rude, not only that my entire order wrong, suffice it to say its too late to turn back and point out their error, considering when you have a 30 minutes left of lunch and already having a day. Just best to take my business to a better place. I'll spend a few bucks more, but worth it. One star is too much credit for this establishment.
Rudest service ever, the employee there rolled her eyes at us and slammed everything on the table. We went somewhere else, employees no matter where they work shouldn’t treat someone like that. Wherever you work treat them like you want your own family to be treated.
It was the slowest most pleasurable experience in my life lol. Customers were patient with the two men and the two 2 men stayed professional. This sandwich bomb right now too. Shout out to old-school and big homie
Service was horrible. When we walked in ALL of the employees were in the back. Then a young lady comes out and says, " Are y'all here for a pickup/call in order?" I told her no and then she yells to the other employees that they need to come to the front to do the orders. Another young lady with red hair comes up and starts to help us. Everyone was RUDE. The restaurant started to get crowded and a young man with a big blonde afro comes to the front and was cursing at the other employees but they were speaking Spanish and he couldn't understand them. I was so shocked. Like WHÀT TYPE OF CUSTOM SERVICE IS THIS???? After about another 5 minutes the salad that we ordered was ready. It tasted horrible. No fresh ingredients. I go to Subway ALOT because I like the fresh food and friendly customer service. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SUBWAY. EVERYONE WHO WORKED THAT SHIFT TONIGHT NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR RETRAINED.
