Tasty drinks, friendly staff, quick service. Exactly what you expect from the franchise. No complaints!
Waited in drive thru for 20 mins to get my drink, not an abnormal time frame, yet, a dissapointment again, this time much less coffee than the last time. My drink was 3/4 full, they could at least add more ice to compensate the lack of cold brew. I am posting a review because this is the third time this happens to me at the same store.
Awful service! Came and got in the drive thru line at 9:10 pm, waited 20 minutes in line and get to the window and they say I’m sorry we are closed. Time was now 9:32 and it was 3 vehicles behind me and the car in front of me was served. I explained that I had waited in line 20 minutes and they just ignored me. With no way to just leave the line you still have to wait for everyone to get their orders to even leave. That is completely unacceptable service. This is enough for me to say I won’t be returning
Waited in drive thru for 30 mins to get my drink, they are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Since they changed management and got new employees they are the worse!! Once you get in line you are stuck and can’t get out!! Do not recommend anyone to go there!!
Oh my goodness. Never again. I came a few times hoping my experience would improve but nope. Got stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 mins this time.
One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I even asked the cashier politely if there was a reason it was slow, he said he didn’t know. He was not short staffed and there was not a long line. When I pulled up there were two cars ahead of me and none came behind. I saw they each got one drink. Ridiculous. I got one drink. It was 4 pm on a Friday.
This is our closest Starbucks ? ... Wish it were 5***** it just needs good manager & better training for associates & barrista's ... Hope y'all Improve ?=o)
They do the exact opposite of what you ask. One simple task no speciality drink just allergic to ONE thing. Dangerous for those with allergies and unprofessional
I always order a cappuccino with extra wet foam, the regular amount of foam that is used in the cappuccinos already takes up half of the cup so that's why I order it with extra wet foam that way I get a full cup of coffee and most of the time whenever I come over here my coffee is always wrong so now I'm going to be checking my coffee before I leave. Literally just went through the drive thru and only one other car was in line so it's not like they were super busy and made an honest mistake.
I have been going to this location for 2 years, these past few 6 months I have have notice the change in service and drive thru service has been the worst on timing. Today, it is the first time I had waited an hour in the drive thru, I can say this was the longest ever. Are y'all going to improve in the area, or just lose me to another location.
