You are not supposed to wait 15 plus minutes for drive-thru service only to wait another 7 minutes at the window for your coffee after you've paid. The Starbuck standard of customer service has definitely fallen during the pandemic.
Very lovely staff. I ended up spilling my water all over the floor since I had my hands full with a baby and they cleaned everything up so quickly. Very professional and nice.
This morning was different for all the mornings . I usually ordered a grande white chocolate mocha on line for my morning coffee . Today I don’t know if they have a new barista but myCoffee today was coffee less . It’s all white chocolate mocha syrup and milk . What a disappointment. But overall they’re been good with my for the last several years . I hate to give them a 1 rating but I have to correct whatever mistakes orShortcoming they may have done . Love this location and love the people especially Alex and Ashley .
Bad customer service! We wait for our drink for over 25 minutes and staff still don’t give us the answer of when we will get our drink . Back up order is not an excuse . Very bad customer service
This Starbucks disappoints me more than it ever pleases me. They almost never have enough sandwiches, today for the 5th time was told they ran out of a sandwich, yesterday I tried ordering a different sandwich & the dasher called to tell me they were out. They told me that store didn’t have hazelnut the other day. The white chocolate mocha always tastes burnt. And they close way earlier than other shops around.
This location is nice.Even when it’s so busy the staff are very friendly.The location is good to enjoy your drink outside.
This was my favorite Starbucks cause staffs were friendly and they did good job but customer service is really really terrible now. I always ordered drink and sandwich online then pick up but they usually missed my drink and I had to remind them. Don’t be surprised if they let you order online but staffs lock the door and you have to drive through and the line is so slow. After couple times I had to leave this Starbucks without my drinks since i was late for work although I paid online already, I called their store immediately and ask if I could cancel or a refund but their manager was rude. He even didn’t ask my name or my order and said if I want a refund I have to come back store. Pretty sure he raised his voice at me like I was begging money. I understand you guys are busy but this is unprofessional. Sometimes staff give you small straw for a Venti cup and said this is all they have when you ask longer straw.
Sebastian was nice. The coffee is good, prices are high (but this is expected from Starbucks). The facility is clean inside and out. They have wifi available for use. There is outside seating available as well.
There was a line in the drive through so we went inside. Sebastian was friendly at the register, he addresses you by name and and has a smile while he works, good job Sebastian ? ! We ordered a drink at 1:09 pm it was ready by 1:16 pm.
