So I been here before I debated about rating them but at around 9:00 am I went to get Starbucks and then the food wasn’t really the most high quality. The whip cream was low on the Frappuccino like it wasn’t to the top and the pink drink was too milky. They added to much milk to our drinks and little to none whip cream. But the last few times I actually liked the service-
Almost always a long tediously slow line in drive thru. Walk in is no faster. But coffee items are always very tasty. I am equal distance between this Starbucks, the one off Hwy. 360 at Mayfield and the one in the Walmart Parking Lot at Pioneer Pkwy and George Bush Tollroad (S161).All 3 are always full with long lines and long waits.
This store is ridiculous. They have their doors locked and a sign that says drive through only. In general, I'm sick of this with Starbucks. Get over it and get back to being open and providing a good customer experience. The drive through line had 8 cars in it. After waiting approximately 10 minutes to get to the speaker to place our order, we were told they couldn't make it because it was sold out. If they had their mobile order turned on then it would have told me that when I tried to order which would have enabled me to decide whether I wanted to choose something else or go on to the next Starbucks. In this case the next one is not that close. It's frustrating that Starbucks as a company provides so many opportunities to their customers through the app only for the store to turn it off and not provide the level of customer service the corporate office is trying to provide.
Well ... I came here for a business meeting and they closed the store except for the drive thru. No notice of it until you get to the door to go in. So I guess we might just sit outside without purchasing anything and have our meeting with no beverages... Glad it stopped raining. Maybe we will just choose a different location other than Starbucks ...
I like some of their beverages the reason I give it one star is because I was at this location when I'm assuming corporate was addressing an incident with the staff and instead of taking them to the back or an office they were addressing the issue infront of EVERYONE including the guests waiting for their drink (me included) I didn't appreciate the way that the corporate staff was talking to the employees. Starbucks wants to be this "woke" company but from what I saw they treat their staff poorly. I will not in good conscience support a business that doesn't put their employees well being first.
This used to be a really good Starbucks but in the last year they have really gone downhill. Offering pickup but then forcing you thorough the drive thru because the store is closed. We will now shift our business elsewhere.
Why would you change your hours to open at 1pm!?!? Coffee is to be enjoyed in the AM!!

Fast, friendly service along with perfectly crafted drinks and tasty food options.
I always have such a welcoming experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly and quick with your order. I am always going through the drive thru and am usually in and out of there pretty quickly depending on the time of day. I've always had a pleasant experience here and will continue to come to this Starbucks when I'm in town.
