TERRIBLE customer service! They don’t use the Starbucks app and when I tried paying with cash she said they don’t have change and refused to get some. I myself worked in this industry and know they always keep change. Very unprofessional. I very much believe she didn’t want to do it because their was like 10 ppl in line after me and it was only her and another employee

Unprofessional, both baristas were talking to each other ignoring customers and showed little care/empathy.
Good but expensive. I like the baked goods and the hot chocolate. It will never be a regular stop for me though.

A very popular spot. I just cant see paying 5 to 7 dollars for a coffee beverage. I usually get the $2 regular brew on the rare occasion I stop in. I do like the bacon egg whites and they are reasonably priced.
Awesome service
First time at this location. They wasn't that busy and it took them a while to acknowledge me but my coffee was delicious.
