I placed an Order On UBER Eats for this location and they gave me an old item that had been made for more than 30 Minutes. The only reason I know this is because they left the old sticker and they just slapped the new one on top. The first one has a time stamp of 9:13 and the second one is for 9:49. Update: I Customer Service and In other words said its not their problem. since I placed the order on UBER EATS.
This is the worst location. They are incredibly slow and always understaffed. When they are not understaffed they are completely slow and play around instead of making people's coffee. I live downtown fort Worth I always order from home before I even leave and my order is still not ready by the time I make you here! make it make sense? This location unfortunately is in my line of travel when I'm going to Dallas for work otherwise I would never even consider them seriously, they really just need to close this location at this point

I ordered a cold brew coffee and received a lot of foam with it. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore. Too many times have I gone and received mediocre beverages at best. For $4+ per drink, I expect better quality. I don’t make my order complicated, venti cold brew, light almond milk and 2 pumps of hazelnut. I know the place is busy but I am not willing to spend any more money for mess ups or absence of quality control from their employees.
Waited in line for over 35 min , to get to the window & the young lady ( not saying it’s her fault ) saying she couldn’t accept my 100$ bill because she didn’t have any change??♀️ Would understand if it was a place where people don’t consume from often but that line is super long EVERYDAY. I’m pretty sure they had more than enough ??♀️ It’s just ridiculous to me! I hate waiting & this just made me more upset!
Quick service through the drive thru. Decently priced if you go every so often. The only thing that is negative is location. Drive thru is not made for alot of vehicles as when they are super busy the cars block traffic for the road and cause traffic jams, safety concerns and possible wrecks of not aware of surroundings. Other than that good beverages and snack like foods, great for group studying or individual studying, and a good place to hangout.
Gross. That is my review for the bacon, egg and gouda sandwich I bought today. The bacon was so thin you could read a book through it, the egg was not egg I am kit sure what it was it do the coloring of what a scrambled egg would be but the texture and taste was anything but. Save you money and go to a McDonald's or somewhere else but not an overpriced Starbucks, where I spent 12 on a coffee and what was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich i was unable to eat. Call me cheap but I call it ridiculous. I think my anger is because I haven't had breakfast.
a girl named Evelyn was rude in the drive thru. i told her i ordered my drink cold and she asked “are you sure?” When she could nicely say “I’m sorry we will remake that for you”.. like why ask “are you sure?” How could I not be sure about a drink I want?? Customer experience could’ve been better.
Very attentive and friendly, patient staff. Drinks were all made quickly even though takeaway and drive through orders were manic.
Great location, everyone was very nice and accommodating and our drinks were perfect.
