So being out of town it’s nice to check out other SB locations. This one was very dirty, unable to scan the QR code from the app and unable to provide a bag to carry items from the store, expecting to carry a large order. The cashier was not very helpful also when asking for information. I do NOT recommend this location as it is by far the worst I’ve been to.
They literally don't have anything, like every time I tried to order a drink they said oh, we don't have medium size cup, we don't have java chip, we don't have cookie crumble, we don't have lemonade, we don't have this, that. So put it in other words, they had more than 5 employees or sum that do nothing in there. We couldn't buy any drink.
They can't make any drinks that may include ice because they are low on ice? Good luck.

This was officially the worst starbucks location I've visited. Very unenthusiastic employees, coffee was not up to Starbucks code, and employees are very slow. I will give them the benefit that this location didn't seem to get very busy, so the slowness didn't bother me. I'm not sure if this is new staff, but I think training might benefit this team. They seemed like nice people though, just not sure how to make a simple coffee drink and just need a little more time.
