This location is slow and gets worse and worse by the week. Today I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich, a drink, and a blast. The drive thru seemed to be moving faster than the car hop spot, but still 45 minutes for fast food is insane.I pushed the red button after half an hour (I know this location usually takes 20 minutes which is why I waited that long to begin with) and they rudely told me it was coming out. 10 minutes later they come out and tell me they don't have the ingredients for the blast I ordered and were rude when they asked what I wanted to replace it with.I'm understanding that a lot of places are short staffed, but man this was a rough visit.
Don't bother going to this Sonic. I went by after work because I was craving a corn dog, and they refused to take my order. According to the girl at the drive-thru window they were only doing online orders, and because they were closing soon they weren't going to make anything. She was rude and condescending. I'd much rather do business with an establishment that at least tries to maintain good customer service. Not this place. The management and the staff desperately need remedial training.
Worst sonic ever. I love Sonics iced coffee. But ever time I went to this Sonic they never had it. I finally asked did you run out?or did yall not make it? She said we didn't make it. What the heck...Sonic is a drink Stop destination...how do u not have iced coffee. Humans these days are either lazy,rude,or both.
Ordered online through the app. After 20 minutes of waiting I pressed the red button to ask for update. That's when they decided to inform me they didn't have the ingredients. Didn't want to come out and tell me? Waste of time and money.
Worst sonic ever after pulling into 3 different stalls that were all broken, I finally found one that worked and literally was asked to pull to a closer one.! Never heard of anything like that. Only ordered one drink,sat for 10 min and never came out (not to mention its was only 2 cars in the parking lot) when I pulled off to leave I saw the workers just sitting there talking.! Never going here again
This sonic is terrible! It’s like none of the staff have been trained to make drinks correctly. I even had them remake my drink and a completely different person made it and it was even worse.
One of the worst Sonic Drive-In’s that I’ve ever been to. Not sure why I keep going back other than I just like Sonic in general and want to give this location another chance. They almost never open on time and are always short staffed. The food is ok sometimes but never on point and the customer service is lacking.
Ordered online, paid extra for Jalapeños & they didn't even bother.... Sad I already paid a Tip & then didn't even get what i wanted.I go here because its close to work but they always seem to leave stuff out when you order.
The food was good, reason for the 1 stars is because I sat in the parking section for almost 15 minutes, they are not that busy.. oy 3 cars?? I kept saying hello and they said hold on, but never be returned to take my order. But as soon as the car parked next to me they took her order. So I had to go to the drive up, they girl on the other end was so NOT customer friendly. This place is so ghetto. But then again look at the area it's in. Management should be keeping an eye on their employees instead of on her phone to see how employees respond to their customers. Worst Sonic I've been to in the Metro Plex.
This sonic sucks. I did an on app order ahead of time and still had to sit & wait 45 min for my food. To top it off my food was cold. Never again will I use this one.
