This is the worse sonic drive-thru ever!!! I only go there because it's close to my job!! All I order is ice and I have to wait in the at all for 10 mins while they ignore the red button flashing!!!! I watch her bring out the wrong order to at least 3 cars! I'm still sitting here waiting on them to take my order. As I'm running late to get back to work!! There are not that many cars waiting. At night out of nowhere, they close the stalls and rudely say “drive-thru only and cut you off!! I'm sick of it. I really wanted to put 0 stars!!
There is no dine in here, you pull up in your car, look at the menu, hit the red button, place your order, carhop brings you your food. Pay the carhop, or pay at the menu. No need to get out of your car. Check order, not always correct.
The food is consistently the same which is good. I seriously wish they would set up their card service to be able to tip the servers! It isn't fair and i NEVER carry cash
It Took forever! Although my carhop was nice. They cater more to the drive thru window. Which frankly doesnt make since. Seeing as the whole establishment is considered a drivethru. Fast food isnt fast anymore. Likely Wont be returning.
The General Manager, Jeff, for some reason only feels its necessary to only bring in 2 or3 other employees during some of the busiest times of the day/.week. There will often just be on cook, and Jeff inside saking orders and working the window. While he calls in only one carhop, who happens to be family. I live less than a1/4 mile from this location. And I could literally place an order at this location, then leave and drive across town and place the same order from a different sonic, and i would have received my order before My order would have been complete at the Pioneer pkwy location. Been riding my bike to this sonic since i was a kid, 25 years later its better to drive miles out of the way to get a good Sonic experience
Saved money to eat out. Got the kids their kids meal and a regular medium number 2 for me. I live in pantego so shame on me for not checking sooner but after getting home 20 minutes later I find out they added jalapenos to my burger. I'm pregnant and spicy good gives me severe heart burn. I had to throw the burger away and didn't even rest cuz if you know pregnant women, it's hard to eat what you're not craving but in wasting another 10 bucks on a meal when it should've been done right the first time. Good thing it wasn't an allergy issue. Simply can't trust to have a burger made right .

Horrible with time!! Was waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one in front of me and only three people in the stalls, before someone took my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait a long time, but seriously the time shouldn’t be an issues when you have no one there.
They need to have their machines serviced for 2 week communication
