On February 4th I was charged with a purchase in this location even though it was closed, I have written twice in the app about this situation and sent photos of the receipt and I have not had a response, so I do not recommend buying in this place. Waited 1 hour wait for 2 meals had a issue with the order took even longer didn't even want the food by that point, there's always some kind of issue at this place.
I have always had the greatest experience here, but this time was one for the books! I drove up and, knowing what I wanted beforehand, I pushed the button and waited for service, and waited, and waited, and pushed the button again. Thinking the button was not working, I honked, and flashed my brights. It says to do so if you are not quickly attended to. 18 minutes later, someone pulled in next to me and pushed her button and got an immediate response!!! And her meal! I am Handicapped so I can't just get out of my car and demand service, so like a freak, I had to roll down my window and scream for a waitress. They took my order, took forever to bring it out and it was wrong and then they wanted me to pay for them screwing it up!!! It was sent back and my replacement took 25 minutes and was wrong. I left crying. I was there for over an hour and a half and 4 people were served and left next to me!!! You people are psychos. I wouldn't wish this place on my worse enemy. Avoid at all cost.
Order Chilli cheese tots.. very cheap on cheese if any.. won't be going back. Service is the 3 stars. Food 0 stars..
Love sonic but lately I press the red button and they be skipping me be I would have to press the red button two times to get service
Came here to get me and my daughter a hamburger and French fries. Hamburger was okay french fries were totally old nasty and not anything close to fresh. Make sure you tell them to make your fries fresh or they will give you old ones ! So sad !
