I have been to this location three times, the first two my order was wrong and tonight I was met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. While I have always enjoyed Sonic restaurants, I will never return to this location again. It was so bad I would give this location a negative star if I could.

They've had my order wrong on 2 occasions after ordering on mobile app and this morning a girl without a brain was working, took 20min to get a single burrito ready then gave me attitude and slammed drive-through window. She said I wasn't in the bay to check in. I WAS IN THE BAY YOU TOLD ME TO GO TO THE DRIVE-THROUGH. Never coming to this one again

Horrible!! We did a online order and waited over 30 mins and we told them we HAD been waiting for our mobile order. They said they couldn’t find it.We showed them the email with the address to this location’s and they time we put in the order. SMH the customer service of these young girl was just bad .They accidentally bumped off the order .But didn’t issue no apology or nothing.

Sonic has great deals on food and drinks, but sometimes when I check in through the mobile app to receive my order, I wait there for 10 minutes and finally I press the big red button to ask for my order. Mobile ordering here could be a lot better.

What a horrible place! This location SHAMES the Sonic brand. I drove to this location on 1/2/22 around 7:20 pm. I attempted to pull into the drive thru since it appeared that every single carside slot was full. The drive thru was blocked off by cones. I waited for someone to leave. I pressed the red button and was immediately told "We're not taking orders". I found that odd since every stall was full. I pressed the red button again and was told the same thing with no opportunity to respond. I finally pressed it again and asked for a manager. The person on the intercom named Jourrey said the manager was too busy to come out. I asked if someone could bring me the manager's business card and she said no. I asked what the manager's name was and she refused to give it to me. I asked again for the manager's information and Jourrey, who was VERY rude, repeatedly asked "What's the problem?". I asked for the manager and Jourrey never responded. A carhop named Jonathan who was very polite passed by and I asked him for his manager's name. He said Grace. I thanked him. I pressed the button again and asked for Grace to bring me a business card or direct me to the information for her general manager. Jourrey immediately came out. I read her name tag and wrote it down. She told me Grace was too busy to come out and asked what the problem was. I asked why they were not taking orders. By this time, more than 1/2 of the stalls had emptied and the drive-thru was still blocked by cones. Jourrey said they stopped taking orders because they were too busy. I pointed to the empty stalls and said there was hardly anyone here anymore and she said they were still too busy. The time was now 7:42 pm. I asked what time they closed and she said 10 pm. I asked for Grace's superior's name and Jourrey said "Torie Meadows". Before I drove away I saw 2 other cars pull into empty stalls near me. I waited to hear what would be said. They were also told that orders were not being taken, although most stalls were empty now.I am writing this because this is my last straw. There is ALWAYS a problem at this location no matter the time of day. One day they had no cook and sent people away! One day, drive-thru only in the middle of the day creating the longest line ever. This is such an awful location and SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT.

Pressed buzzer to inquire after 20 minute wait and informed that order would be 'right out."No apology or explanation from server who came out after additional 3 minute wait. When asked, she replied she didn't get card swipe to notify her when order ready?Would have left except that I had already paid. I would hesitate to shop at this SONIC again. Worst part is I ordered a hot dog and drink!!!

This store has horrible customer service. Items were missing. Got home and called store immediately. At first girl was nice said I could return and pick up missing items. I told her could I return later. Tonight so we could eat the warm items we did have. With a rude attitude she said "we close at 10, we're not open late". I got upset and told her I wanted to eat first and come in right after, I wasn't talking midnight. I arrived at the store at 8:30. Was handed my missing drink from a girl who was eating at the window. Then she asked "anything else". I said yes my other missing items, she said oh were out of those. I said I want this then, simple substitute. We're they expecting me to leave just because they were out. No price diff. 20 min later still waiting. I honk and she says we're just cleaning right now. What!! I'm got there at 8:30, and they close at 10!! Have me waiting for 20 minutes just so they can clean for a closing that's 1 1/2 hours away! On an order they messed up on! I was so upset and asked for a refund. The girl at the window huffed and said okay my manager says you have to give the drink back. I said I'm okay with that. Then she said my manager said she can't help because it's a mobile order. I said ok but I want the managers name and store number. Grace the manager finally comes to the window once she hears me ask for this info. With Broom in hand she give me info. Shows just how eager they are to get my order and other customers orders out. Grace was the manager and she was just as unprofessional as the employees. No apologies didn't even bother to look me in the eye when speaking. Even went earlier today and waited 25 min for a DRINK ORDER and it was almost empty around noon.Avoid this location

Honestly. It’s Sonic i don’t expect much but every time i come here they mess up my change, give me the wrong order, or take 25+ minutes for my order to come out. I’ve never had this problem at the sonic by my house but always have issues with this one. At this point I’m going to go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s that’s nearby instead.

I placed an app order for a Diet Dr. Pepper. The neat thing about the app is that they start making your drink as soon as you place the order. I checked in at the speaker about 5 minutes later and then waited another 20 minutes for my drink.
