The store was extremely clean and everyone was incredibly friendly. Kiara behind the counter was super helpful and got my order to me in no time. Highly recommend this Smoothie King!
I guess the employees are slow , charged me twice for my drink (I saw them swipe and insert my card so I’m glad i checked ) than when we said something they acted confused as well as refused to give us a receipt for our drink , on top of that we received the incorrect drink .
It’s was shift change I guess. Workers kept coming in. So it’s about 12 people employees plus a manager. No line in drive thru, online order wasn’t jammed up and literally only 1 person inside and we both waited up to 40 minutes . Not to mention this was my lunch break and I order online ahead.
Love going here to try all the combinations and varieties of smoothies they have here.
Have like 10 workers and take forever to get your order. Drive thru , inside or online it take forever.. 4.6 rating is overrated…

I visited the Smoothie King on Arkansas Ln & 161 this afternoon as I do everyday. Today however was a different experience for me because it affected my health. I ordered a STRAWBERRY peanut power plus as I do everyday. I am allergic to cocoa so having a chocolate smoothie would have put an end to a very pleasant day. Upon receiving my smoothie it was darker than usual so I asked the young lady who handed me my smoothie if it was a chocolate peanut power plus and was ASSURED it was NOT. I drove home and was about to drink my smoothie when something told me to look at my receipt which clearly stated chocolate peanut power plus. I called the store immediately and spoke with the kindest young lady name Rose. Can you say impeccable customer service? This young woman was incredible. She apologized and I could genuinely feel her concern through the phone. She asked me to return to the store and ask for her because she would make it right. Amazing!!! My last visit I got charged for 32 oz when I got a 20 oz. I didn’t realize until I looked at my bank statement. Other than that the smoothies are always good.
