I love the food and used to go here all the time before the rebuild. The last two times I went ( in the last 3 weeks) the drive through the cashier asked for us to leave a tip. And this is right as I pull up to the window, before I even handed my card to her. I did, both times I was asked, as I worked in hospitality and lived on gratuities for many years; But I thought it was very unprofessional to out right ask for one, especially working from a drive through window.After it happened twice I politely called one late morning this week to speak to management to ask if this was company practice? Because I had never been asked for a tip at a drive through multiple times by two different employees. Before you are even served.When calling and asking to speak directly to the store manager about an issue I had, 'Bel' responded with "That depends, what do you want?"I tried to explain that I wanted to speak to management about an experience I had. I was very polite and did not disclose the reason for calling and had no intention of naming an employee individually.I just wanted to address the situation.She was unbelievably rude, continued to cut me off multiple times, and never got me to a manager. Or even attempted to sound interested that I had a concern.She said it wasn't here normal store and that she didn't know when the store manager, Irma, would be in next.I now know better than to try to reach back out to Irma.I love Schlotsky's sandwiches, but won't put up with this.The actions of the drive through window employees and my interaction with Bel shows a serious pattern of unprofessionalism.Good luck.
Usually a busy location, but the staff is great about getting food out as quickly as possible. Food always tastes fresh!
Must be franchised and this one has cheap owners. You dont get a pickle with your sandwich meal at this location like the other two Schlotzsky's close to this one.
Food was good, but they got one part of my order wrong.
Paid for my food looking to pick it up only to have to wait in the drive thru because they were closed. What made things worse is the line never moved. I had to have them cancel the order it was taking so long. My first and last time ever ordering from here again!!!!
We have had exceptional service at this location before until yesterday. My parents went and picked up the food. Once they arrived home my salad looked like it was eaten out of. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the young lady on the phone refused and said I can speak to her regarding my order. She than went on and said that cannot be the case as she was the person to hand it off to them. She tells me to bring it back. My dad goes and shows them what the salad looked like and then she goes on to say it is not their salad. I have my receipt to prove it was from there. Customer service is not the best and young kids are training. Please when a customer asks to speak to a manager let them handle it. You are not experienced and have the professional manner to do so. We will not order food from this location again.
I have never been here, but did make a call to ask a few questions. The girl in the phone seemed to be very busy but was very friendly and answered all my questions. So based on that call I'll give this place 4 stars. I'll leave another review later if I eat here. ✌
