First we attempted to place an order in the dine in area. We stood at the register for 3-5 minutes And made eye-contact with the workers who were continuing their conversation with each other. They didn’t make an effort to acknowledge us. Then, we went to the drive-thru and waited again for about two minutes. They still made absolutely no effort to help us and Then we drove off. Their customer service is a abysmal. I don’t recommend going if you want food quick and way or if you want food at all.
Second week in a row I come to Schlotzskys and the lobby is closed. I'm in a semi so can't do drive thru, the ignorant workers look at me at the door and refuse to simply take my order at the door won't even walk over to refuse. Do better Schlotzskys this is unacceptable!
This location has gone to s**t! I'm a big fan of the Turkey bacon club and pizza. Today not only did they take forever. The sandwich looked like it had been put together by a blind person. Scattered turkey. Bacon hanging out the side. I also told the guy no tomato TWICE!! AND I GET TOMATOS ? anyway. Customer service from the window guy was also very weird. He just starred at me. Almost as if he was high or in some type of daze. This place needs to replace the supervisor.
Not to be nitpicky, but when I order the “Center of the Roll” I expect a gooey treat loaded with frosting, not the crusty-dry outside portion of the roll with 2 lines of icing on top. I could have put cinnamon sugar on stale bread and appreciated it more.
Can’t even bother to pick up the phone lobby is closed so I call to ask for some information and no one answers and when someone does they just hang up. Shame we always went here before the pandemic but now we will be looking somewhere els for our sandwiches.
I HAVE PURCHASED LUNCH FROM THE DRIVETHROUGH A COUPLE OF TIMES LAST WEEK. TODAY, 03/29/22, AT 11:07 AM, SOMEONE FROM THIS LOCATION RAN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER FRAUDULENTLY. I HAD THE CARD IN MY POSSESSION AND WAS IN DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH AT THE TIME THIS HAPPENED. WATCH OUT FOR GIVING PAYMENT WITH A CREDIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION
Drive through staff are rude and unprofessional. I was overcharged for a bowl of soup instead of a cup. $25 for 2 sandwiches and soup is outrageous. Not going back..SMH
