Food is what you make of it, and you can prepare your salad however you like! They have kale, lettuce, spinach, beets, carrots, pineapple, apples, blueberries, sun dried tomatoes, black beans, chicken, shrimp, turkey, and so much more. Oh and the dressings are unique and flavorful! I came out this way to go shopping, and was looking for a healthy option with flavor and this place definitely has exactly what I needed. Oh and bowl sizes are HUGE! I got the small and still thought it was possibly too big lol.
First time at Salata, and the experience was great. Service was pleasant, food was amazing. My only complaint is I wish the table we sat at were cleaned prior to us sitting but that’s a very very small complaint. Their croissants are also really good. I would definitely go back but try more toppings on my salad.

We've never been there & people keep telling us how good it is.Hubby: Okay ?We get to this place and are welcomed by the folks behind the counter. They were very nice ?Customers are given the option to choose from a large bowl, small bowl or wrap.You create your own salad or wrap with the variety of foods to choose from.You can also purchase small cups of soup.As far as beverages go, bottled soda or water is available or they have a few flavored lemonades/teas I believe.The restaurant was very clean.We will be back, except this time will choose the smaller bowl because the large one was way too much for the both of us ?
I absolutely love Salata but this review is more about the staff. They’re super friendly but they’re scared to add ingredients on the salad. If I ask for mushrooms and two slices of mushroom come out of your serving spoon, do I really have to ask for more mushrooms? This pic doesn’t truly represent the salad because some of the heavier ingredients had fallen to the bottom but believe me they’re sparse.
Loved this place! I was traveling through and was CRAVING a salad and Salata did not disappoint! The people who were working that day were SUPER nice, especially the one with the red hair (can’t remember her name but I THINK it started with a V?). All in all it was a great experience and I’ll be sure to stop by next time I’m passing through TX.
Very well staffed. I guess I was just expecting for my experience to be similar to another location. I just felt like my salad was okay.

Long curly hair in salad- returned to cashier and showed her long black curly hair embedded in the spinach. It was disgusting. She showed manager, Bryan told me to leave receipt and he would give me a full refund once lunch rush was over. The salad was $14 and uneaten. No refund for a week; I call corporate and they say they'll let the franchise know to give refund. Still no refund for that nastiness. Thank God I paid with my debit card and not cash; I filed a claim with Wells Fargo, they gave me a full credit within seconds. Will NEVER go back to that nasty place.
Food is good the selections are good paid for my meal and asked for a receipt like I should for expense purposes and the manager who billed me out did not have the printer hooked to the payment terminal so I then asked if he could email me receipt or text me my receipt. He “attempted”to check if he could the response I get is “I have no way to give you a receipt” like that is normal and a client should not dare ask for one there was a line behind I had to leave it alone surely not coming back in f you can’t provide the most simplest courtesy of providing a receipt to your customers there must be a law against that in the state of Texas I am not going there ever
My husband picked up my salad and they left my seafood mix out of the bag. Went back to the store to get the mix the staff and manager acted like I was bothering them gave me the mix and didn't apologize or offer to make things right. Even after I ask him he was just unprofessional and rude. Very disappointing and this is not the first or second time my order has been messed up.
