This use to be my favorite location. Today will be my last visit to this location. After paying for my order I pulled up the second window and the young lady shoved my drink into the window and then she shoved my food into the window. She didn't even speak or say hello. The fries were over cooked and everything was cold. Maybe the staff needs retraining.
Love this place! Visiting from California, this is the first place I go to for lunch. When I returned to California from a previous visit to this Canes, to my surprise Canes was coming here to Northern California and I was so happy! Better than Chic Fila and more for your money!
I needed to leave a good review since I’m often having to write bad ones. I visited here a while back and my order was particular since I ordered 28 strips. This caused me to be charged for each strip individually which was no problem. I waited in the lobby until my order was ready. When I took my order to the car, I sanitized my hands and counted each strip because when you pay for them individually you want to make sure you get every single one. Lo and behold, I was short one strip. I took the order back inside and advised the manager that I was missing one strip and that I would count them for him if he liked me to. He stated that it would not be necessary and had someone in the back put an additional five strips in a box for me. He apologized for the error and was extremely professional. This type of customer service is very hard to come by, especially during this pandemic. I did not get his name, but he was a young man with very striking eyes. What I also liked about this was that there were many workers standing around and they got the opportunity to see how management should deal with customers. Please keep up the good work!
Service is Excellent, Lemonade & Sauce is Great, Chicken is OK, Price is Expensive!! $8 / meal, the one time Wing Stop looks reasonable on price.
The fries were horrible. I can't even believe the cook who took the, fries out the fryer would serve that to someone. I'm pretty much done with Canes. All the locations have been slacking lately. I don't like eating out like that anyway.
This place moved the drive thru right along in a timely manner. I've had many a chicken sauce (special dipping sauce) from white B-B-Q in Alabama to large chain stores trying to copy the mom and pop ketkchup/mayo combo sauces with some steak sauce or spice added in to compete and rival any honey mustard around, but this was the BEST EVER !! Don't know how they make it don't need to it is simply great - use it on chicken fingers, fries or get extra and throw onto a burger. I imagine it would still compliment and be yummy. The sweet tea was pleasurable ,as a great southern cup of ice tea should be and if ever near a Cane's in the future I'll order the largest they have. Their ice is the 'good kind' . The outside was clean, as was the inside I could view while waiting in the drive thru line. The store grounds were decorated in Charlie Brown Christmas and adorable for the season; my drink cup was printed with the same. All that said fries were average and the chicken fingers themself, though perfectly fried with a brown crisp coating not over battered , had no flavoring/ spice to themselves. My suggestion would be to add whatever the secret to the sauce is , straight into the batter for the fingers (lightly) . Maybe you do and the fry person of that night forgot. But man, if you did add that flavor into the batter on the fingers themselves you would have to beat the customers back , though I suspect you have a following already. Well done overall and when near one of your establishments in the future you can be assured a repeat customer.

Delicious, but be careful if you have activities to do after eating, you might want to just get a few pieces of chicken. I always go overboard when I eat hear. The Caniac is amazing but I won't do anything productive after eating it. The sauce is the best. I wish I knew what their secret was.
Mangament is doing an amazing job. Recently had a great experinec at the camp wisdom location. Everything was ready on time. Great customer service. Clean place. The manager is running the place great and you can see is doing great educating the employees creating a great work environment. Would recommend.
Twas Halloween night, and we were not the only ones who had this brilliant idea to avoid doorbells. We went and sat down to eat for once. They were slammed! Food was worth the longer wait. All I gotta say. My girl and O will definitely be hitting them back up.
