Today February 8 I went to Popeyes to get a spicy fish sandwich which they almost screwed up . And I asked for some bean and rice Mashed Potatoes. I asked the kid that was taking my order if my beans had any type of meat he asked the manager and manager went to the back to check came back and told me no I am very very disappointed I have Given up-meat and chicken for lent-yet the manager lies to me it contains pork .what should I do about this
The staff is awesome and can't complain.. excellent customer service and great food... thank you Popeye for having this place with awesome ppl
There were 8+ cars in line at 3 pm….they had the doors locked to the dining area!!! Why?!?! And workers just sitting in the dining area…
This location is ALWAYS busy the drive thru line is always full I ordered nuggets with mashed potatoes and gravy it was served faster than I expected it was hot and good no complaints from me
Went one night after work look like 3 ladies were working and they were just in no rush to take order or give Food. You could see all the food through the window in the heater. Then one of the ladies left and went to QT. I place my order after waiting about 30 min in line made it to window to pay waited another 3 min before I was acknowledged I could see they were having an important conversation I was over it by this time and had to go to the bathroom left and went to QT.
I am a faithful customer of Popeye's Chicken especially your spicy chicken I love. On October 19th and 21st. My husband and I visit your Popeye's Chicken at 3748 South Carrier Parkway Grand Prairie Texas Popeye's store number 4552 in North Texas. On the 19th I can understand somewhat by it being no more spicy, it was closing time so I'm not to upset. On 21st we waited in line for 20 minutes before ordering and was told that they was out of spicy again, but when we got to the window we was told that we could have said we wanted spicy and they would have drop some if we asked them to and now it would take 20 more minutes. I told the manger we ordered spicy, if we order seem like that alone should tell you that's what we want. So now do we have to ask you to do your job by asking you drop some chicken also, so I asked her you are telling me that out all of your customers that was in front of us no one wanted spicy chicken, she looked at us and walked away. That is very rude and unprofessional for any one in customer service. This was a very bad experience for us and look for Popeye's. We love Popeye's spicy chicken and we very disappointed on how your customers are being treated. Please talk with them about this kind of treatment to your customers.
The drive thru was ve td y busy. There was 6 cars ahead of me and the wait time was only 5 minutes or less. The cashier was very efficient and plasant.
Waited while they cooked chicken tenders. When they finally bought them out, I asked the young man if both of my sides were in the bag? To which he replied yes. When I got home I was missing the side I paid extra for. Total time in drive thru 45 minutes.
Never disappointed at this Popeyes restaurant. Food always fresh and hot; and, friendly competent staff get the orders right!
The service was okay. they forgot one of my orders but when I went back they gave me my order with extra food in it. Great food.
