Business closed during posted business hours. No signs indicating they were doing drive through only. When I tried to pull the door handle it was locked. I looked inside and there was a full staff. There was no reason to be closed. Also, I noticed they were all standing around playing on their cell phones. I drove through the drive through and asked if they were closed and was very rudely told “drive tru only we closed”. I think you need to get your apes under control.
Would give zero stars but wouldn't let me. So I decided to give 1 star. I went thru the drive thru on April 22,2022 spent $80 and did not get my full order and what I did get some was wrong. Anyway I tried calling no answer so I emailed got a response saying someone would get back intouch with me well nobody has ever gotten back with me and it's been almost a month and I am constantly calling the complaint line. Their google profile said the online ordering was available for pickup, but ended up having to wait in the drive thru and lost a ton of my lunch. Its very lazy and a huge waste of time. They didnt even care and were rude.
Spicy chicken was actually tasty and had a little heat.Most was crispy, but dry.
Lobby is NEVER OPEN....you are forced to go through the drive thru and there is a high percentage that your order will be wrong and or missing something. Drive thru line is too long... I wish KFC, Churches or Golden Chick was closer for lunch..
Just ordered a chicken meal through Uber eats. No potatoes or drink. They sent me 4 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Please start checking orders for accuracy before you send it out with the driver, ugh.
Why do they say it's open and the lobby its closed.... if you drive a big truck how do you get food if you don't fit in the drive thru????? Ever think of ppl that drive for a living..... we have to eat too.... if you knock at the door and ppl just look at you... and don't even try to help out.... to me it will be a negative stars..... sorry Popeye... going to get other food ... for 11.25am when it supposed to be open....

Don't go to this Popeyes they will mess up your order and they do not pick up there calls they and when you want to order something from there menu they give you a different menu an switch it so it is not want you order
Popeye's should pay their workers enough that they want to come to work. They should also have more people scheduled. You won't even open the dining room? Sad. I will likely never eat here. I have learned a lot driving delivery.
