I don't like rubbery skin, it should be crispy !however the cook on the chicken was perfect and the seasoning is amazing ! The rice was extremely full of delicious flavor ! I just can't stand the rubbery skin on my chicken !
Stopped by this morning and cashier was great! Had great service , super fast, super clean. Food was fast and delicious! Definitely coming every weekend!
My husband arrived to pick up food at 915 pm here for a door dash order. The dining area was closed although there were people in there eating. The sign stated the dining area was open until 11 pm on Saturday.There were three or four employers standing around doing nothing. One was visibly on his phone. They were not short staffed which is a common reason for fast food places to lock up their dining room Post covid.Instead, I had to wait in the drive through wasting my gas without a word said to us at the pick up window. Again I observed another employee (or possibly the same one) on their phone. We were handed the food without a thank you or any other greeting, and the person exhibited a poor attitude. The customer service is dreadful.Where is the post manager?
Suzanne had a craving for jalapenos, and the first place that came to mind was Regio's.She ordered the nachos and I ordered a carne asada torta. Both were awesome. The sauces are what really make this place so good. We always find ourselves taste testing them like we have never had them before. haha But, we both know which ones we prefer. I love the spicier ones, and she prefers the more mild ones. We both love the green sauce!On our way out, we picked up some empanadas and churros. So yummy!

Usually good chicken but this last time I went they were OUT OF CHICKEN because the grill didn't work all day. So I ordered a torta & it was obviously day old meat because it was SUPER tough!TO OWNER of POLLO REGIO: You're response makes no sense... I DIDN'T have a good experience this time.How do you not have chicken & your restaurant name is "POLLO Regio"Also, the cashier supposedly didn't have enough money in the register to give me my change after paying so she told me to get a drink & proceeded to gove me a small child size cup
Bomb tacos. Their chicken is dry at every location. Had the tacos al pastor. Their soda dispenser, teas, and lemonade were below subpar. The only water there is highly carbonated water. Tacos hit though.
This place has really, really good chicken, beans and rice ???The barbacoa is pretty good too, especially in the burrito where they add avocado ? slices.There are many different items to choose from and there is even a chip & salsa bar.I would recommend this Pollo Regio to anyone and everyone ??
Had to take food to work, I was running late and got there 5 min before their closing time. These people came in clutch ? Loved their service! They made my food and didn’t think twice about staying a bit later to complete my order. Thank y’all!!!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could, there extremely rude and they charge for things that are free inside, try to pressure you to survey for free items that you don’t have to, the manager is extremely rude and should resign if she she doesn’t like her job, and it’s really sketchy that when the manager is clocked in stuff is charged and when she isn’t I have no hassle. Again 0 STARS.
