I ordered a pizza it took about an hr, i live 10 min away! they forgot my 2 liter. According to the delivery person they use door dash and not personal driver employees. I’m not sure exactly. When i called them no one ever answered the phone, they wld pick up and hang up. Won’t be ordering from here again! Definitely don’t recommend!
I ordered pizza from the camp wisdom location and the delivery took 2 1/2 hours despite the online estimate of a hour. My pizza was cold and my wings were missing. I called the locating and was on hold for 30 mins before the phone hung up. I called the next day, no answer. Finally today, the third day I got through and was given a 10.00 credit. So I reluctantly placed another order. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours again, and no one will answer the phone. I’m so over them!! Never again will I use them.
Was given a 45/50 minute wait, ended up getting almost 2 hours. I live 5 minutes away from the store I ordered from and it still took me 25 minutes to get my food. The pizza I got was cool to the touch, the crust was flat and it was so tough I almost couldn't take a bite. I paid 50 dollars for this order and could probably have had a better one if i'd gotten a frozen one from Walmart for 5 bucks.
Answer the phone when customers call and need to speak to someone at the actual location. Pizza was super thin, dry and barely had cheese on it. Worst customer service
My pizza was dry and the dough tasted weird! I also got burnt garlic bread instead of cheese sticks and this is the second time this happens at this exact location
Everything was fine except for the app not letting us order pan pizza, but a customer in the store itself was able to. Not sure why. The hand tossed pizza is a little thin, but was still good. I still prefer pan, which is nice and thick. I will still return to this Pizza Hut.
This experience was terrible. I ordered delivery. The expected delivery time was 27-37 minutes. 50 minutes later I called. Let the phone ring for 30 minutes and then just went there. I could literally see that the phone was ringing and my phone number on it and no one answering it. There was only 1 person there and my pizza had been sitting for an hour. She offered at $10 credit which I accepted only because she was obviously so flustered and I didn’t want to make things harder for her in that moment. But really this is unacceptable. It took almost 2 hours to get my pizza and I only got it because i picked it up when I ordered delivery. Who knows when she would have been able to actually send it. And the pizza was not hot or fresh and not very good. But we were so hungry that we just ate it. Very disappointing
When I placed my order, I opted for Contactless Pickup. I pulled up to the restaurant and indicated that I was outside through the link provided. After a 5 minute wait, no one came out. I walked into the store, had the employee look at me from the back, and waited another 5 minutes without speaking to anyone. Another “potential” customer walked in, at which time the employee came to the front and yelled, “I AM THE ONLY ONE HERE!”several times. When asked by the other customer if he would be able to take an order, he yelled several more times, “I AM THE ONLY ONE HERE!” I then told the employee my order was placed online, and his response was that I should not have been able to place that order. While the quality or my order was absolutely wonderful, I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza and was told as the employee handed it to me, “We ran out of sauce for that one.” When asked if I could get another type of sauce, his response was, “I’ve tried that and it wasn’t good.” I walked out with my dry pizza.
Absolutely the worst pizza Hutt I've ever had to deal with for 5 years. Order was over 2 hours to my house which is .07 miles away, pizza was cold and wrong, and we ordered wings and never got them asked the delivery driver where they were he said idk and gave us a box of Cinnabon and said there.
Actually make the pizza. I waited 1 1/2 hours then had to drive to the location just to be told no one showed up for work. No one answered the phone. Horrible experience
