For a big pizza chain, this pizza hut is damn good. Excellent flavorful soft deep dish crust... Best one in Grand Prairie. I would rather drive to this location than have the one closest to my house deliver. Just goes to show not every Big Chain fast food is consistent on thier products. And in the case of this location their crust is the bomb ?
Well, the food was brought to us an hour later than when it was supposed to get to my home and the food was not hot at all. I would just like to add that this is not the first time where I’ve had a problem with this particular Pizza Hut.
Called 30 minutes after delivery time. I was told the food was on its way and then hung up on. At an hour and a half the manager said the delivery driver knocked and no one was home. I have a ring doorbell and a glass front door, no one came to my door. The manager the had an attitude with me when I called and told them to resend the order for free, said fine and hung up. 45 minutes later I got one item of the 3 I ordered. I called back and a different manager argued with me for 15 minutes saying I only ordered a pizza. I told him I could send him the email proving my order and he refused. After calling me a liar and arguing with me he sent me another pizza like the first one sent except it was wrong. I placed my order at 1:44 pm, the delivery time was 5:04, which I understood because of football. The first pizza arrived at 7:45. The second at 8:32. At this point I was too tired to argue with anyone again. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant and equally embarrassing as I was hosting friends.
Pizza arrived cold and took a long time to arrive. Faster service would be nice. Keeping pizza warm during travel would be ideal. Was very unsatisfied with service, paid for a cold pizza that I was highly looking forward to.
I order pizza for the family. 3 med pepperoni pizzas …. For starters, they are always busy but poor staff skills. Not presentable in their uniform. They ran out of medium boxes so our pizza was placed in a large box. I do believe due to the pizza crust coming on the truck frozen and NOT prepared fresh as they advertise. The crust was extremely hard and dry. The sauce was old and had a spoil taste. The cheese was old. Even though you can clearly see them along pizza. It tasted like the good was reheated old, no flavor. I requested my money back. The customer service rep. Had no apology no remorse and didn’t care. The price that is requested for the pizza and service is outrageous…. Pizza Hut food use to be #1… fresh every… they had two other customers complaining about the amount of money they charge to receive poor food….. unexpectable, unprofessional…. I chose to take my money elsewhere. The food was just absolutely nasty
This is the second time that I receive an undercooked pizza. The dough is still sticky towards the center. I will stick to their competitors down the street from now on. I’ve made sure to ask for it “well done” but it seems to be ignored.
Holy Hanna, I quite frequently order a meatlovers pizza at pizza hut with rather good results. This time I asked my son to get 10 traditional bone-in hot wings and he was charged $21.50 for 12 bone-in hot wings.Seriously, are these gourmet hot wings????? That price is absotlutely ridiculous. I looked around and found several places selling 15 wings with a drink AND fries for no more than 15.99. That's even a little high, but pizza hut takes the cake.
The crust was not cooked. The crust was extremely underdone. The bottom crust looked uncooked on the underside and tasted very doughy. I understand the locations was busy, someone came out and told me they needed 5 more minutes for my order to be ready. I usually go to Dominos but decided to try Pizza Hut after many years of not buying from them. Now I guess I will have to go back to Dominos. My money was wasted.
One pizzas was undercooked and the other was over cooked which makes no sense. So maybe just cook them normally? And my cinnamon rolls didn’t have icing on them which is my favorite part.
I ordered online. The wait time for delivery was 355 mins. I called the restaurant to ensure that was correct. The person who answered said yes it was correct. I asked him to cancel my order. An hr later I received a text that the pizza was on its way. How does the wait time and then an order that I asked to ve cancel happen? Ridiculous!
