The ONLY thing consistent about the S Carrier Pkwy Pizza hut is that they will screw up your order and it doesn't help speaking with mgmt because this is a franchise location owned by some guy who apparently doesn't care about his customers and he certainly doesn't mind making the brand look bad in the process.Time and again I try my luck hoping it will be different than before but it never is. Everything from paying the extra 1.00 for Pan crust, which is absurd btw, to stale products to having the delivery driver wait in your driveway for 10m while he listened to music with his car full of friends. It's crazy!You're probably thinking, why didn't I go to a different location and trust me I've asked the same question and no answers.Because some genius thought it would cool to limit consumers to the closest location as opposed to giving me the autonomy to select my own location.
This Pizza Hut is trash! They cancelled my order after I waited for over an hour and had me reorder and did not return the rewards or my money and did not try to rectify the situation. The manager, “Bear” did not have anyone contact me to let me know that the order was cancelled. I live less than two minutes away. I could have picked it up since they were saying a delivery driver was not available and that they had to cancel due to that. This place has gone downhill!
I ordered a Pizza it was delivered cold, burnt and dry on 4/2/22. I went to this location 950 S Carrier Grand Prairie 75051 and tried to get a refund had to call the cops because the Manager was rude said she wouldn't do the refund until the next day to come back then. Very poor customer service on there part. I also wrote to the Corporate office and called the Customer support team left a complaint with them as well.
Pizza was good at a very good price! Timeline was misleading. On the phone said 15 minutes, I waited 20. Once I got there they said ten more minutes. I wanted 15 then they said 5 more minutes. I waited 10. Delivery driver said they had 2 people call in. You knew prior to giving me a timeline on the phone
The staff was great! Pizza was hot & delicious! They served me as a walk-in very quickly. I highly recommend this location. GBY
The females who run this place don't like money. Thats not why this place is here. It's meant as more of a joke because it's located next to a gym. I've ordered from here at least twice since the beginning of 2022, both times I was patient, waited and both times my order was wrong, or incomplete. They don't cut the pizza. They get their orders mixed up. I'm not even mad, it's just clear there is no interest in operating this place. Which is fine because if you are a resident of G.P you can just travel a little further in the opposite direction and visit 3502 S Carrier Pkwy E Pizza hut to fulfill your cravings to your hearts content. That location has been in business for years. This 950 location needs improvement. In all aspects. Is it any wonder why dominos is crushing them?
I received my order in a timely manner and it was fresh. The delivery lady was friendly and she greeted me by name. Great job!
They were out of lots of stuff. They shorted us a chicken pasta (my dinner). The pizza we did get was dry. No sauce and short on cheese.
I loved that you made sure the cheese and sauce was the perfect amount. Bread and crust was great.
