Unfortunately, I was not able to taste the food. My rating is solely based on the customer service. My husband and I went to have quick lunch while doing some grocery shopping, we were seated fast because it was not busy. The host( an older gentleman) who seated us came over and slammed the menus on the table , without greeting us before quickly walking away. Which we deemed as very rude and uninviting. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes without anyone ever coming over to our table or taking our drink order. If it was busy I would have understood but there were barely any patrons. After waiting some time we decided to leave. Very disappointing , if their food is anything like their service , then I’m glad we left.
This place is expensive for what it is. The. Food is not good. My son order number 30. It was $13 the rice wasn't tasty and the meat was little and thin, the shrimp was disgusting. We had to split it out. The large pho wasn't very big. The lady taking our order was sweet and nice but the guy dropping off our food was rude. They don't have fountain drinks it is just can. Overall a bad experience I had to take my son somewhere else to eat.
Disappointed with order made through Door Dash. Poor packaging and did not follow requests. Ordered spring rolls & requested no Shrimp (pork only) and was given shrimp only spring rolls. Ordered pho, all the noodles and vegetables were stuffed in a small cardboard box with the meat. Was not able to enjoy the meat due to it staying raw due to the pho being cold. Would not order again.
I normally go to PHO NGON 999 inside the plaza but it was closed so tried this place. So disappointed. The portion size was good but the taste was not of beef pho soup. It tasted like straight ginger broth and nothing else. I’ve tried many places and not much difference in taste but the soup here was very off…. I really won’t come here again. Their mango smoothie with pearl tapioca was really good though .
This is my go-to place. Whatever reviews about "bad service" are left by people who were probably rude to the staff. This place is right by my home and I've been going for YEARSSS. the staff is so friendly, I love them. I recommend this place for good viet food, from pho to congee to vermicelli bowls. Their bahn mis are also good. 10/10 recommend
Absolutely love this place. I have been twice and already want to go again. One thing I'm surprised about is how the utensils are set on the table in a high number for however big your party is. the food is fresh and served ina good amount of time. The meat in the pho is not over or undercooked but is in a perfect middleAlso servers are very respectful and everything is very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
It's convenient, quick and relatively decently priced Vietnamese dining. It's in a nice location- Hong Kong Market. So if you want to do some shopping and need to stop somewhere to eat, this place is perfect. I ordered Goi Cuon Thit Nuong which was extremely refreshing and light to eat. I sampled some Pho off of another person and the broth is lacking but it still was pretty good overall.
Bowl #16 was amazing. As were the spring rolls ??? our kid is a bit picky and they were great accommodating a plate that was pieced together to her liking. Great food at a good price!
We were looking for a hot pot restaurant but stumbled on this place. I ordered the brisket and eye of round steak pho. Food was out in a blink of an eye. The broth was clean and full of flavor! Easily one of the best I've ever had.
So delicious, will definitely be back!
