Just ordered $72 worth of food through DoorDash and im very disappointed. The general tso chicken was a miss and the was flavorless and wasn’t sweet at all. The chicken tasted like it was reheated up and the lomeinWas mushy and bland. The sugar biscuits had a pinch of sugar on them but thankfully i added more sugar was able to enjoy them. The canned coke was the best part of the meal. I’ve never had Chinese food this disgusting. The dumplings weren’t properly cooked and was slimy and hard.
I wish I could rate Pearl better than 3 stars. I wish I could, but the food speaks for itself. It's about 2 1/2 stars.... I won't mention the name of a competitor but if you look at my reviews, you'll see that I rated another restaurant as 5 stars. If they were open I would have gone there.

We had Grub Hub deliver from here tonight and it was amazing! Best Chinese food we had in a long time! We had chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein and beef Mongolian! All 3 arrived hot and were absolutely delicious! This was our first time, but it certainly won't be our last!
I have been a returning customer since the restaurant opened. Ordered regular take out to support local business during the peak of covid. But service has been down hill. The wait time is unbelievable even I ordered ahead of me time. It certainly takes away my desire to return.
Got the Szechuan Chicken lunch special and some hot & sour soup to go and it was pretty tasty. I was in and out in about five minutes, which was nice. Affordable, filling and expedient.
I can’t complain about the food the food is good but the customer service is the worst. The female owner has the worst customer service ever. She needs training on it. I had a family emergency and she got so upset with me when I told I couldn’t pick up the food. She even told me she didn’t want to talk to me and hung up. I will definitely never give her my business again.
The food here is decent nothing really special just not much on the flavor side. But I have always said I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately papa sams on main st. is so much more flavorful. And for about the same price you get a Bento box.
So happy I don’t have to always go to Carrollton, Plano, or Richardson for great Chinese food. Keep up the greatness y’all!
