I was not a fan. I went to the drive through and they told me to wait. I waited for about 15-20min.The wait wasn’t the problem, it was the fact that they told me to park and they would bring out my food, but my food never came. I had to go in and my food was just sitting there…… my food was cold.No apology or anything. I was not a fan of this location.

I just stopped in to grab a quick bite for lunch.I like the "Choose 2" deal because it's 'just enough' without making me feel super full.?Pictured below is a cup of chicken noodle soup with baguette and a turkey BLT. ??Very tasty! The restaurant was clean and the service really good.Kudos to you Panera!! ?

I use to love this location… it has gone down tremendously. Don’t even try to order ahead anymore ….. 9 times out of 10 the lobby will be closed and by time you get through the long line your food is cold. If this happens please ask them to replace your order ….. also, always under staffed.

I love this Panera Bread! Their food is very tasteful! I loved the BBQ Salad ? that I had there with my tea ?! Besides, my husband and I love dating there! Thank you Panera Bread!

Love their soup and bread bowls! A perfect fit for cold weather or anytime. App was a little slow but food was ready immediately.

It was some good food! I had it once before in Florida and having it here was super good! I got the cheese broccoli soup bowl, really good!

This is the worst Panera Bread! Customer service is trash! Look like they hire anything! Food is terrible… pizza was wet and sloppy, and the crust was hard. Second time, I order soup and the gave my a bit off piece of bread that wasn’t covered or wrap.. ewwwww.. inside very dirty. This location gives the company a bad name!

Horrible experience! I put in an order for my dental office the night before. The order was made on the Panera Bread website. The order was scheduled to be delivered between 8 and 8:15am then next day.The next morning 8:30am came and the order had not arrived. I called the Grand Prairie store where I placed the order. An employee answered and I explained that I placed an order the night before for my office and it had not arrived. She stated that she did not have the order on her board. She put me on hold to check. I gave her an order number. She stated that they do not have retail drivers to deliver so they use Door Dash. She put me on hold again to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and proceed to tell me that the order is ready, but the Door Dasher completed the order without picking it up. So the order was just sitting there. She stated that she could cancel the order and I could reorder the order. I said no that was too much. I told her I could send someone to pick the order up, because it was for a meeting.I asked her if we could be compensated for the inconvenience. I am thinking she was going to say yes we can give you some free coffee or cream cheese or something. She said No! Maybe you can call Door Dash and they can compensate you. WHAT! I order through Panera Bread not Door Dash. SMH.... I said no and hung up.My coworker picked up the order. We order 18 bagels and 1 cream cheese and 1 hazel nut cream cheese. The bagels were thrown in a plastic bag, old, and hard. For 18 bagels they gave us 2 small cups of cream cheese. SMH... My office will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered online. Order was 10 minutes late and wrong. Girl at counter , who finally acknowledged my presence, did not apologize for the long wait. I think she just threw a sandwich in the bag that was handy. This was at Grand Prairie store.

I recently order food from one of my favorite restaurant. In the drive thru there was a sign on the intercom that said “please be patient we are extremely short staff. We apologize for any inconvenience. Yes I still choose to order. I thought service would be slow not horrible. I order the Macaroni and Cheese bowl with bacon, inside of the French baguette with butter . Normally everything comes together but maybe the way they prepare the food has changed. I received the bowl separate. Bacon was cold, no heat, the grease was stuck together. The baguette was extremely harder that normal and cold…. I was not happy to have to return home and make my own food. The cashier was impatient and a bid short with her greeting and respond . Yes every company have bad days and moment but I hop this is not a lasting situation. I have never had a bad experience but this time . I was so mad I didn’t even order dessert or bagels for the family. Being short handed can cause a stressful shift but we should definitely try and finger out how to serve and accommodate out customers with grace and ease
